Next you rush either Ravenous (Not Titanic because you will NOT get enough health for it to matter and your skills scale off AD anyway) Hydra for Waveclear because nothing in your kit does or Black Cleaver for CDR and melting your enemy.
Step 2. Get one of your two tank items of Spirit Visage for Healing or DMP for Movement speed and extra damage for when you E or R.
Step 3 get boots
Step 4. If you are behind get your other tank item, if you are ahead get Death's Dance for more healing, more damage more CDR. If you are not maxed on CDR and W'ing ever 5 seconds and E'ing to disrupt shit as much as you can you're useless.
Finally you finish off your last tank Item or DD.
Alternatively you can swap DD for Bork and boots for Lucidity if you want faster non W attack speeds and faster 4th hit W procs as well as an extra slow if you suck at landing Q into E or First E into Q into second E
