It wouldn't be so bad if his kit was more restrictive. Yasuo shitting damage even when he's not building items intended to help him is a problem. Added with the fact that his personal shield will block one spell that's crucial to putting him down early and the 50% armor pen on his short cooldown ult only makes it worse.

The only real solution is to make his basic abilities use wind as his resource and make them last longer or stronger based off how much he has

Bork is secretly a very shitty item unless you have a crazy attack speed steroid or on-hit damage. The item was nerfed into being a kalista/vayne/MAYBE yi item. It gives shit for stats.

Death's dance is really underrated. The 15% lifesteal, ad, and CDR are by themselves more efficient for fighters. When you add in that it adds lifesteal to things like your % damage, titanic hydra bonus damage, damage from masteries, it gives a lot of sustain.

Yasuo's are virtually Riven mains but hell incarnate. If you fall behind because his jungler dived you or you messed up once, expect the mastery 6/7 icon flashing every time he does damage to you.

BoTRK is good but it's active cooldown is really long compared to chilling smite and you won't get it first item or probably even second.

Problem I have with Bloodrazor into BotRK is you are now two items into the game without a tank item as a champion and if you get caught with your ult down or something you will be vaporized.

That's my problem with BoTRK's cooldown as well, it's less about not being able to get it off more than once in a fight, you shouldn't have to with chilling smite either, it's the ability to be caught out while it's on cooldown. It's just more time spent waiting for cooldowns to act, and more time on cooldown for people to take advantage of you.

Don't get me wrong it can work, I just find it too risky for my tastes.
