Perks enable two characters with the same weapon of the same skill levels across the board to be different in what it can actually do. First of all you should always click the "manual" button when installing a mod. Not every mod is set up properly in terms of folders. You see, in all mods should end up in the "data" folder, but because of how some mods have been zipped, they're already in a data folder so you end up with "data/data/mod stuff" instead of "data/mod stuff". If you click the "manual" button it'll have some red or green text to tell you if it's okay or not. If it isn't, you drag and drop the mod data up a level until the text goes green.

Secondly, at the top left of the right list is a button for LOOT. If you click that it'll rearrange the mods to the best loads order. You should do that often.

Thirdly, there's a "!" in a triangle at the top of the window somewhere. That may have a number on it where the number represent the number of possible problems with your current setup. Click it to check out any problems. If you've followed the above steps and the only "!" related to the overwrite folder, you can most likely just ignore that.

So /tesg/, we've all played alot of mods but I'm curious.

Do you prefer worlds that are smaller but more detailed or BIG worlds but only detailed in certain places with nothing inbetween

Personally I prefer bigger worlds, even if they are less detailed. If there's too much stuff in too small a space it tends to feel not as interesting for some reason.

I think I just like the journey not just the destination. But honestly it really depends on the gameplay.

Is your bottleneck GPU or CPU?

I am badly CPU bottle necked, and none of the city mods have been good to me. JK lite is the lightest I found though, I think. If you want the feeling of dense lived in cities, you could try TES legendary cities. It doesn't change vanilla cities, but adds new ones that are quite nicely designed. They might run better for you.

If I have to pick one or the other I prefer smaller, highly detailed areas, I love mods that are so polished that if someone didn't know any better they could think it was part of the vanilla game
