I'm trying to get into assassination rogue, but I'm having trouble managing the 5~ debuffs you've got to keep constantly applying (especially with their lengths not being consistent thanks to exsanguinate), what addons would help me with this?

Simple trick:

create a demonhunter and complete the starting zone. You will probably get a few epic upgrades since all of the quest rewards are rare anyways.
Next step: learn enchanting and get the draenor enchanting book in stormshield. After that you can disenchant every epic you got and you will get chaos crystals.

On what level of content? Literally yesterday me and my friend tried to find the best build for his semi-mythic geared MW, it took us about twenty tries and just showed how hard it's to play mw properly.
"Don't press one button two times" is not a gameplan, it's a simple restriction around which you build your gameplay. And yes, it's hard. You have to make decisions according to your cooldowns and chi remaining.
But anyways, right now it doesn't really matter, since MW does so little damage that your mistakes won't even be noticable. Maybe it will change with artifact, who knows.
