This is a good spot for a dispenser on turbine. Instead of your teammates having to run back to the spawn room they can meet here. Also, as players stand by the dispenser they can attract recently respawned players and groups naturally form. The only downside to this spot is that a clever enemy may catch on to what's happening and come to destroy the dispenser repeatedly. If an enemy does this though, then that's one less enemy trying to push into the intelligence room.
