Can anyone help me improve? Right now I'm Rank 61 and I'm trying to find some reliable ways to win games. Picking out my flaws and working on them seems to be the best option. The dilemma becomes trying to find exactly how to fix what I'm doing wrong.

Are there any obvious mistakes I could be making? I know some have solo queued to rank 70. Teach me your ways.

(Note. Most of my losses are from playing support/healer. My Offensive hero winrates are consistently 55%+)

Soundquake - Speculated to be the giant red omnic seen in the Overwatch cinematic trailer and the "Recall" trailer. Judging by its appearance it's most likely going to be a tank. If the statement above is true, it will be next in line after (or before) Sombra.

Doomfist - The titular "Doomfist" has been rumored to be an upcoming hero for quite some time however, Doomfist's gauntlet is the payload on the Numbani map. This means that Doomfist may not become a playable character in the future although it's not certain as the devs have said they've considered making him a playable character. Things can change though.
Athena - The white, feminine-looking omnic in the Overwatch cinematic trailer who has the "Athena" logo on her forehead. Her body has been spotted on the Temple of Anubis map and she already has a role in the game, the announcer. Some have pointed out to a similar character seen in "Recall" (one-eyed, white) but they are not the same character, as it looks masculine. It's possible Athena was scrapped long ago.
Fusionator - Referenced in the Overwatch cinematic trailer, not much is known about this hero but he is has been rumored to be the Hazmat and might've functioned as this game's pyro. Many have said that he was concept that evolved into Mei while others suggest that several of his abilities were implemented into Ana.

If you are really got at offense, then just play those. It's better if you pick someone you are comfortable with and are able to carry with, rather than to be forced to pick a healer and just lose the game due to your team sucking ass at your favorite hero.

Came up with some ideas for a playable version of Talon's head honcho if he or she ever shows up.

The Talon

Musketeer Gun (ranged) n' Sword (melee) gameplay. Has a passive skill where he's awarded bonus damage for using one after another.

Kite Kutter-A Hitscan beam shot from his sword. Any target hit by it suffers attack and defense penalties in addition to the modest damage inflicted

ZiZ Launcher-Fires an explosive in an arc out of his pistol. Lightly damages foes, blinds them and disables turrets for a few seconds

Flight-Akin to Blink, but used exclusively for teleporting backwards, preferably away from the fighting. However, the Talon cannot be struck until the comes out of Flight. Alternatively it can be a passive damage booster where his shots and slashes get stronger as he moves backwards.

Talon Nation-His Ultimate. Debuffs all enemies in a certain radius for several seconds. Its most formidable quality though is that it erases the "Contested" status for its duration so long as the Talon stays on the point, removing whatever preventative or offensive presence the enemy team might have had on it (ex. Enemies will be unable to halt the cart by being near it on Defense/Will be unable to move the cart by being near it during Attack).

Not once but TWICE did his crosshairs lock onto the closest person to him, who just happened to be through a wall, in a single frame. I just hope Blizzard does something about cheaters in the pro scene so we can clear the way for actual good players.
