Should I go Horde or Alliance for Legion? Can anyone from the beta fill me in on how the Alliance vs Horde match up in Legion?

I was used to love everything about the Horde, from the races to the architecture, the whole aesthetics of the Horde was just comfier for me. But from Cata onward, though I played far less, it just went downhill.

Even in WoD I was blown away by how much better the Alliance had it in terms of general aesthetics: all the buildings, the garrison, and even the overall story just felt better to me for the Alliance.

Wish I was Alliance for WoD, now I wanna get an idea from beta testers if I should stick with Horde for Legion or hop over to Alliance.

so i've been playing the beta and there are a couple of things that bug me.

>Relics
they are the little things that slot into your weapon, so they effectivly replace weapons as raid loot, but here is the best part, you need 3, you need 3 fucking things that also have a lower drop chance than actual weapons, not only that each artifact has 3 slots, most specs run a A B A but some run A B C, so not only do you need 3 weapons you need 3 different ones and thats not even including the ones of each type that buff a good skill.

weapons have literally been taken from a single/double drop to a fucking 3 drop that requires leveling (if you count AP)

their a joke, heroic gear is typically 825, crafted is 815 0/7 but each piece costs a crazy price, looking at JC, you need 6 3 3 of gems depending on the neck piece and then they arent even good.

the first time you do these its kind fun, really they are just normal quests that reappear every now and then, not really that much to them besides they are dailies that change more often, its good but not amazing.

>embassy quests
you get 1 a day building upto 3 total, its legit like HotS/HS quests, however its aids getting 1 a day.

atleast DH is fun to play, and the lore quests are pretty neat, but im not sure how long the fun lasts, considering the fun atm is on the beta you can gear with ease and in live its gonna be gated im worried.

surama is really nice but.

dont get me wrong it feels like alot more work went into this than wod, but i hate all the time gated bullshit. like with AP, as soon as you fucking hit 100, get those research scrolls rolling, if you don't you will literally fall behind, every scroll missed is more AP you wont get and dont even think about having a 2nd spec
