I just won a game against a team of low rank guys, even lower than myself, because a duo queue on my team were cheesing the system. One of them was rank 60 the other rank 48. The most important part is I got a shitton of rank points. That's fucking stupid. I feel bad for the other team. I got 48 elims and a card for objective kills, but it feels empty. Why are people so bad that they have to face people who are less experienced or just plain less skilled than them to win? They can't face people who are high rank like they are?

but at the same fucking time, hes completely defenseless unless you get snap headshot, and you get one chance because of his charge time.
Headshots from hanzo should ALWAYS kill, no matter what numerical values exist, even bypassing zarya shield and anna ult, no matter the distance. If charging slows you, and charging is needed to do ANY damage, it makes sense that anything that is stupid enough to get headshotted by something so slow, should die.

Defense heroes are meant to be useless in competitive. Blizzard said as much in a recent stream.

To sum up their thoughts/stuff they said :
According to their stats, Defense heroes are widely represented in Gameplay.

Buffing Heroes like Bastion, Mei or Torby would cause a lot of Rage of new players and buffing them too much would make them extremely frustrating to fight against due to their mechanics.

They believe there is room for tweaking to make them "a little bit" more viable.

The meta currently being heavily one-sided towards tanks and Offensive Heroes is fine.

They are aware they get little playtime in the Comp. Scene.

Overall they give of a vibe that they are completely fine with Defense Heroes being little to non-existant in higher levels, what you make out of that information depends on you.
