I've been thinking...

Since Blizzard keeps track of time played per hero, wouldn't that mean they knew who your favorite characters were? Which means your 'luck' with loot boxes leans more toward getting rewards for other heroes instead of the ones you play most? This way they force you to farm much longer to get the skins/poses you want to the point where you're forced to buy loot boxes just to not go insane?

I'm starting to suspect that's the case. Look at all these anons who hate or don't play Tracer getting her Olympic skins, while wanting Lucio or Zarya skins. And all the people who hate Zarya and Lucio get their skins instead of Tracer's who they main.

To be quite frank this kind of explolitation is disgusting. You can tell me oh don't worry anon, you're just unlucky. Well yeah, but luck in this case is a variable that Blizzard can and does manipulate. You can give 'weight' to luck so that more things happen more often. Random isn't always 'random'. Random is just the value that gets picked, and in this case Blizzard has full control over this variable and might be manipulating it in the way I described.

It's just straight up greed. They made so much money from sales, now they want money from loot boxes on an already premium game. If they weren't greedy, they wouldn't prevent people from purchasing this gear with in-game currency that they ALREADY PROMISED. Then they tried to cover it up. Trust me, Blizzard is not your friend here. They're a corporation like anyone else. There's no need to be a Blizzdrone, not in the current year.

I feel like Symmetra was ruined with her heels. Sure they're sexy and just add to her overall fap factor, but with an Indian dancer like her? This girl needs those super light/flexible dancing shoes or just sandals. They already overdid it with the slits on her dress. When you're designing a sexy character, you can't just go all out and leave nothing to the imagination. She'd be sexier either with the slits and flat shoes, or with no slits and heels, but I'd lean toward the flat shoes for the dancing theme. She's not a pop star, she's a traditional dancer. I wished they could have pushed this theme more instead of just with her hand motions. Her ankles need much more flexibility than what her heels currently provide. Right now she just looks 'generic sexy' rather than 'exotic sexy'.

Ok, I could see this. I still think there's a pretty solid suspicion that the unboxes are purely chance related, but who knows. I figured they were going to try and replace tf2, so the events were a given. Since they got alot of negative feedback over the release of the inevitable with credits items, they did make it easier to unbox a legendary etc. It is a business, so I think they'd manipulate the results in their favor if they thought they could, but probs a would be still deciding. After the shitstorm over the event, they'll probably release the items later with credits buyabiliy only. I also think they probs wouldn't want to mess with the box chance because it would likely drop the incentive to keep playing

Honestly the best way to use it (Not assuming zarya ult) is through walls.

The only way you get any use out of it is clearing the point/chokes by catching people off guard. It does enough damage that people die before they can escape it when its coming out of their safe space

Switch to Eidow. I was able to get to 46 because the enemy (as well as my own team) didn't take me seriously. Mcree is viewed as a legitimate threat. Widow is ignored until there's no one else left to bully.

The only hard counters I've found are another Widow and Pharah ganging up on you. They have to notice you first though.

Animation cancelling is probably the line in the sand because it directly affects 1 on 1 combat.

This is the type of game where they file off every rough edge in order to make it approachable to casuals. Genji's dash boosting really only affects positioning and movement, while stuff like animation cancelling can change the outcome of a confrontation.
