Nah, I have no interest in quitting, but I haven't been doing TBL. It's a combination of a lot of things, but I can only make the last TBL of the day because of work. Top 10 on both ladders ends up with pretty boring matches, this is less of a problem in 5v5 where you get shuffled up a lot but in 2v2 it's the same 5-6 people in every match and because the top ranking is all me, Kabbalists and that SR that's all there was every time along with the QS scout fletcher guy who would throw every match that was against oracle/PD to get back into the queue faster.

Right now I'm trying to level a cleric and duoing a squire up with my lady, I only have 5 hours to play per night so something had to give. I'll probably play a bunch of 2v2 tuesday and wednesday after the reset.

So, I'm a level 108 Archer2/Ranger2 and still using Casifrun Set plus a +10 str glove. When am I supposed to swap and for what ?

Also, is it worth to lvl Swift Step to 10 ? The only reason I use it is for the bonus crit from the attribute and lvl 9 already gives me full uptime.

Level swift step as much as you like for the evasion. If you're dex-heavy it's really useful for that. Kneeling shot is worthless to any build that runs Ranger unless you've really screwed your build and are going to go sapper later.

the only reason to ever pick dex offensively is for the crit chance it enhances, str scales better with the bonus yeah. If the skill's atk is too high (snipe), more dex means a higher average damage, if it's too low (multishot), str is better. Magic Arrow is in a inbetween 1k damage where you're better off combining str and dex, going full stat in most cases is retarded for physical units

SR will do a lot more damage than Fletcher simply by virtue of being an AoE class. They aren't comparable in any way though so I'm not sure why you even try, Fletcher is pure specialized single target damage with nonexistent AoE while SR only has decent single target damage but some of the best AoE in the game given the right circumstances, they have completely different niches.

It's not shit but it's missing the point, you go SR for the AoE, QS only helps your single target. Steady Aim on your Retreat Shot will get you more overall damage than autoing away at single targets with Running Shot during Retreat's downtime. It will be an even bigger difference in the future when R8 gets you the new not-Retreat Shot that moves you forwards instead and you have even less downtime to awkwardly use Running Shot.

There is no point in doing that.
Your AoE will still be utter garbage, Broom Trap doesn't fix that on its own, and your single target will suffer for it. Scout is pretty fucking important, it lets you get away with basically 0 CON, gets you extra movement speed, and a good filler skill in Flare Shot.
You don't want to not take Scout, trust me. The Ranger1 on the other hand isn't very important, at least it won't be anymore after we get Mergen. I would probably do Archer3 Scout1 Fletcher3 if I were to level a new one now.
