I played and enjoyed RB1 but I liked RB2 significantly less so I figured I'd take a break before trying RB3 since a lot of the battle system differences didn't sound appealing to me.

Anyway, by the time I cared about playing more neps, V-II was already out so I snagged it on PS4. I tried going back to RB3 after I beat V-II and I just didn't feel like playing it after getting an hour or so in.
It's on the backburner for now and I'm not sure I'll ever get around to it.

There are none because the games have virtually nothing to do with romance. IF and Vert in RB1 are the closest thing you can find in the mainline games. There is a piece of bonus DLC where Neptune marries the player in RB3, but that isn't part of series canon. Uni and Nepgear confess love to each other in Blanc, but like so much of the rest of the series, it is played for laughs.

Just buy 'em. You don't have to worry about waiting months or years to play them and you will actually get all the features. (Really sad what's happening with Monpiece and I hope BvZ doesn't have a similar fate)
Don't forget that PS4 has Advent Dark Force if you're a fan of the FFFs.
You'll also get to play the Ateliers which are never ever as fuck right now. I also would highly recommend Bloodborne if you're into that kind of game.

If you choose to go Uni's route instead of Noire's, there's games like Dungeon Travelers 2 (which is due for a sequel sometime), Tales of Hearts R and plenty of other titles. There's plenty of games that they share that are also not on PC such as Odin Sphere, Dragon's Crown, Gravity Rush and more. All excellent games. (These are the games I've mainly been playing lately, kinda makes having both feel redundant at times but I won't complain since I've put thousands of hours into the exclusives on each too)
You really can't go wrong with either one even if a few games are coming to PC.

You really won't get just how many games you're missing out on unless you actually grab one and start playing them. I pity anyone who isn't idort.

The time limits are a core part of every game, so it hardly matters. Unlike Ayesha, they're clear and visible; each chapter of the game is segmented nicely, and has an obvious goal.
Ayesha, on the other hand, spews events forth at you without telling you beforehand when you're on the other end of the map investigating some ruins or something. You'll end up missing a lot of shit and feeling like you need to load up a save.
Arland also has much friendlier tutorials, and the hub-based exploration system is super forgiving in terms of time limits. With Ayesha, travelling takes time and you have to make a save before your trip in case you miss anything on the way or it wasn't worth the journey.
I also liked Arland's characters more - Rorona was much cuter than Ayesha - and the artstyle was better, but that's just my subjective opinion.

Moero Chronicle is alright. Considering that it's an Asia region release, the English is pretty good in this one. At least it turned out better than the bait-and-switch "Contains Real* English Words!" shitfest that was SAO Hollow Fragment, at least.

Moero Crystal is about to come out in Asia. No one is sure whether it will contain English text anymore, although it was initially announced that the game would be both Chinese and English.

If Crystal comes out in English, I'm confident Seven Pirates will eventually get an English version too, but I have no idea what to expect right now.

IFI's first localization was Monster Monpiece. It was a bad first step for them, because they felt the need to censor some of the artwork. IFI has not made any indication that they will localize the successors to this game, including Moero Chronicle and Moero Crystal. In an interview (I think with Niche Gamer), one of the higher-ups from IFI made it clear that they don't want to censor games, and may instead just not bother publishing games they would need to alter in order to sell.

Does this mean IFI won't localize the Moero games? I'm not sure. Sony published an English version of Moero Chronicle itself, and it isn't difficult to find if you look for it. If there's an English translation of Moero Crystal as well, then there won't be a need for IFI to localize that either. Seven Pirates is brand new in Japan, so there aren't any announcements about overseas versions yet. We'll have to wait and see what happens.

Phantom Brave is mostly about learning the really strange system, and it can be broken as early as you want to. If it shares something with Neptunia, it's that if you do this it really tends to make the gameplay pointless if you do that. So just enjoy it kicking your butt for a while. The only thing I'd suggest you look up is how to get an early bottlemail from the island, since a leveled up one makes it a lot easier to take home items that you want.
