Nepnowafags weren't even a consideration of mine when I typed that. I just realized, while playing V-II, that Noire is a better character when she's either not around Neptune or doesn't care for her.

I liked her a lot more in RB1 where it took her some time to warm up to Neptune and during her route in V-II where Neptune wasn't around.
I really feel she shines brightest away from Neptune.
