Shuten, Jeanne and Waver aren't used because of their stats (except Jeanne's HP I guess) so yeah, you can forget about them. I don't have Mordred so I can't say anything about her. Gil can go up to 15k ATK/HP with an offensive CE which is pretty good, I maxed mine. I feel Cu Alter doesn't really need the extra boost, he already hits hard enough and has enough means to survive a bit longer so he doesn't need the extra HP.

Realize what I said; for a five star servant to fully evolve, they need five grails. So it'll take them two levels at a time. For a three star servant to fully evolve, it'll take about seven grails.

Meaning for the first few levels it'll do 5 levels each time, but once you reach Lv90 it'll slow to a crawl like the five star servants

I'm not at the point of being wrapped up in Grail Ascension yet.

Big thing for me is ascension materials. I have so many servants stuck at Lv50 or 70 because I don't have the materials to raise them higher. I need maybe a hundred bones, and a few dozen different types of monuments.

Kerry has better star gen than Shiki, but has a less damaging Noble Phantasm (NP1 v NP5 smarts like a bitch) and what I would consider a worse skill set, plus bad NP gain. However, he has a targetable taunt. Incidentally, he makes a great team with Shiki, because both are Arts based Assassins. He can make decent stars even with an Arts card, and if you do back-to-back Quick Chains and Arts Chains with those two, you're able to shoot off NPs with the two and tear dragons apart.

If you count established Servants as being those who weren't Servants prior, the behavior of Void Shiki is quite interesting in light of who - or rather, what - she is. But it's not so much development as it is a different perspective.

As a character, probably Team Camelot. We already know about most of the knights, so Cursed Arm Hassan probably wins that by a good degree. I would say Bedivere gets honorable mention.
