Could someone tell me what I am missing please.

So, I have the replica stuff on my ally rogue and I can tmog my horde dks 1h sword to look like the high warlord 1h. Seems pretty sweet.

Now, I also have the replica stuff on my ally warlock but I can't mog my horde casters staff to look like the high warlord staff but my alliance lock can.

(My dk does not have the required rating but I can still mog HW shit on her).

What am I missing here? Both the ally rogue and lock have the vanilla titles required for the replica stuff but only the rogues stuff is accountwide.

Second question, I found pic related as a preparation for DH, could someone quickly run me through what items are in there please. I haven¨t played in a while so I am pretty blue on this but I want to be prepared.
