At the time, while themes were being suggested and before voting began, someone mentioned that the two themes related to the water were similar enough to be merged. I was using the expression viewer, and I noticed that the IDs I'm seeing aren't just a number, like the ones in the spread sheet, but a fluctuating hash.

How would you guys normally find the ID, or did it change a while ago?

In your home, check the adress, it'll be a mess of letters and numbers, delete the letters and the last 0 to get your ID.

No hash involved. Nearly every ID in the game is actually obfuscated with junk symbols spacing out the relevant ones. The last character of any obfuscated ID used in-game is a number corresponding to the amount of padding used in that ID.
For example, 15S2O436249B2 would be 1234 with 2 characters of padding. Usually it's just 1 though.

When putting your own IDs in, it's often easiest to just put a 0 at the end to indicate no padding, and then just using IDs as-is.

IMO

I agree with the rankings in that Holly, Yuki, and Lily are in the top 3 because they have interesting design and personality gimmicks. Hildy could be great too but really needs a gimmick. She looks like she could be a snarky goth but she dresses in a lot of different things, only at times sticking with red/black, and she doesn't act like anything in particular. Neither does Yvvy but she's still vaguely boyish.

Personalities aside, I've never been 100% happy with Hildy. I changed too often early on to keep her in goth stuff, and the hair I went with was only meant as a placeholder. I've been looking for an excuse to change it to something longer/straighter for months now.

Also been tempted to swap to "black" eyes, but I hate making changes I'm not certain about. I genuinely like the gradient red/black cat eyes use on paper, but with blues/purples it always looks a bit off. Feel like black would be objectively better design wise and easier to dress, but I'll probably never commit to the change.

What do you mean? I have it written down that umbrella gives you 60 points at the end and haunted house gives you 90 if you make it through. Also seems that the probability of making it through the house isn't connected to the probability of ending at any other step, in that it's more likely.

I actually like her character design. The black and red rarely looks good on most eye shapes but it works very well with the cat eyes. If you're going for a "gimmicky" personality (which personally, I don't think she needs), maybe you can swap her eye color when she dresses in very cat-like outfits, for example.
