So I finally bit the the bullet and got my New 3DS XL that's on 11.0 to have menuhax thanks to these guides.

Now what exactly can I do outside of PKHEX? My wii already has every gb/gba/n64/wii game I could want.

Also the save managers don't work for anything but Alpha Sapphire. Everytime I pick Yellow or the digital Yokai Watch I have it gets stuck on a red screen. Is there no fix?

No, they don't. Historically, you've had to buy some piece of hardware before you were able to pirate games. Pretty much every sound effect that isn't music is the clicking noise. On top of that, battle effects and animations don't play, and enemies don't disappear when you kill them.

It's playable, but needs a ways to go still. Definitely a step in the right direction.

Also, if you haven't ever touched it, it's not downloaded - it's essentially an advertisement. Click on it, it'll ask if you want to download it, say no, and then it'll ask if you want to delete the icon - obviously say yes to this.

I'm in a bit of a pickle /hbg/
I'm at the very end of part 5, where I dump my sysnand to sysnand.bin. For some reason the dump succeeds, but the files don't show up in my root folder when I open it on my pc.
When I try to redump it I'm being asked if I want to overwrite the file, so there is definitely something there.

Try it again, obviously overwrite AND merge the old data, but if it doesn't work then the SD card is probably balls, so try a different one.

At least with the Vita if you double dip on the handheld and the TV you get the same options.

A good rule of thumb is that anything that you can delete from the Software Management section in the System Settings is safe to delete, while anything not present in there but present in FBI Titles can cause issues if you delete them.

Out of the ones not present in Software Management, you can very safely delete:
