And if and when moves change IVs still matter very little. Between a 0% and 100% IV the gap isn't too big in stats, and you're getting fucked regardless because 85% of the time you'll be paired against your direct counter piloted by a human player.

Meanwhile moves vastly influence more the pokemon's DPS. If you don't want to autistically chase that 90% IV that's fine. Just verify it's not below 75% and you're only some two dozen points down in CP. Meanwhile moves can make or break your mon. The only thing to take from your point is that you should just shelf high IV mons with bad moves in case one day down the road the moves get buffed.

To end the shitstorm of botters vs walkers: API devs that have been digging the unknown6 file have found out there's an anti MITM included in the coding that flags the user of the account which means that Niantic executed order 66 on all the 3rd party sources that tried to get info on pokemon and pokestop locations, also it seems that they haven't found a way to find a way to break it since the hash that triggers whatever unknown6 is doing to block the developer APIs is server sided on Niantic. So far some devs are still at it but they're starting to doubt that something can be done to find a protobuf that can jump whatever is blocking the way the API mods work.

So apparently every 10th pokestop in a chain gives you a bonus of 6+ items and 100 exp. I've seen this happen a few times but I always thought it was random.
If you visit the same pokestop more than once than the chain is reset, so you can't get the bonus from farming at a 3-4 pokestop hub.

Also people are saying that enabling AR mode gives a huge boost to capture rate but nothing's been confirmed yet.

If a bot is programmed to do X, Y, and Z, but then you ban it every time it does X, what's to stop the next bot from being programmed to start from Y and only do Y and Z?
