Statik Shock is basically Lucio with electric powers, he even incorporates sound/music into some of his attacks in certain sitations
Nonon Jakuzure from Kill la Kill
Koito Minase from Myriad Colors Phantom World (even wears headphones all the time), screams/sings with her sound-based attacks

This is just off the top of my head. I can take time to list more sound/music-based characters.

There's even a Def Jam game where you fight musicians/rappers/DJs with sound/sub-woofer-based attacks called Def Jam Icon.

Stereotypically you have some music junkie/enthusiast carrying a big-ass stereo speaker sound system on his back/shoulder and he blasts music or bass drops and the heroes or villains have to fight past the incredible force to get to him and sometimes will get blown away. Then the heroes/villains figure out how to unplug the speakers or shut down the power source and then the DJ character gets defeated. I can't even make this stuff up. If you watched Saturday morning cartoons growing up, this is way too common a trope that it's no longer exciting to see/hear after the first 50 times.
