Arcane helmets almost never sell on warframe.market, and I'm too lazy to sell any of mine by spamming trade chat for hours.

Everything else though sells like hotcakes on warframe.market, what a godsend. I must have made 4,000 plat in the last two weeks just off sets, completing more in a lazy fashion as I went along.

Helps if you already have everything in the game, Warframe is definitely a pyramid scheme

It's common for people who are newer to the game not to like Nova. I hardly used Nova on the road from MR0-20, but now she's probably my most-used frame, very frequently employed during sorties and farming of all kinds.

You get your perfect speed, slow, and neutral Nova builds, and you're all set.

On another note, I really like getting 30-50k Focus from one Convergence orb doing Redeemer stealth chains when the right sort of Sortie is available (I was away from Warframe for eight months, Focus was implemented the week after I left)

I could only do autistic shit like levelling up completely worthless items for MR, or scanning everything for codex, sitting in trade chat to scam little kids, formaing all the frames/weapons I like for better min-maxing. Vaykor Hek is the single thing I put forma into and that thing has carried me through every single sortie in the past 30-ish days. Re-leveling shit over and over again is just terribly boring. First and only Primed Chamber I ever saw. You won't believe the amount of people who claim to have PC, advertising it on trade chat, just for the (You)s. The guy in pic also had EMP aura before it became droppable and Ancient Fusion Cores (not to be confused with legendary cores) of literally every rank 1-10. He also says that he has met people with over 100k plat (I don't doubt him).

He was auctioning off PC. He sold it for at least 30k plat because that was the current price when I asked him, but it was likely higher than that.

Retard detected. Nova has Molecular Prime, Antimatter Drop which fully charges from a single Tigris blast and will handily out-damage and out-kill Mirages using Spamoid Scrubulor, and also Wormhole, which is useful for mobility and fun.

Three useful and viable abilities and several viable build possibilities is DAMNED GOOD in this game, there are a lot of one-trick ponies, or hadn't you noticed?

Not just the standard XP farms, either.

Stealth chain XP farms were nerfed, too: high-Affinity heavies were almost entirely removed from Star Chart missions. For example, I used to find 3-5 Comba/Scrambus in top-tier Corpus Spy; after Star Chart 3.0, I never see any. Also, there are far fewer enemies in general unless you activate and de-activate alarms.

Oxium farming was severely nerfed, no explanation needed there.

Credit farming was nerfed almost in half. People with boosters now get barely more credits than people with no boosters used to, while newer players with no boosters are fucked and doomed to constant credit farming.

Syndicate and Simaris rep gain was nerfed for fuck's sake, very mildly but a nerf nonetheless.

Basically, Star Chart 3.0 provided no benefit to players whatsoever (unless a fancy but less-usable map UI gets you really hard), while distributing tons of nerfs.

Pic related, probably DE is doing this because their concurrent players plummeted. That spike in July is when U19 dropped, after which the numbers plummeted even more.

Really it's GLHF to new players because between the constant vaulting and time-limited exclusives, huge nerfs to farming, and so on they're getting a more and more difficult time of it.

And now my favorite trade experience of all time, and the most fun I ever had with Warframe:

Trin P was leaked in an update ~1 week before she was actually released. You could get her parts from Void runs, but it was patched in <10minutes. Still, a fair number of people managed to get her parts and began selling them on trade chat. Jews everywhere snapped them up as fast as they could for outrageous prices. I managed to buy a BP, helm, and systems for ~1.5k plat total. All I was missing was the Chassis to complete the set (to resell, obviously), but then DE put out a moratorium on trading Trin parts. Anyone seen WTB or WTS Trin parts in chat were banned. My friend actually got banned for trying to help me buy the Trin Chassis (luckily it was only a 1-day trade ban).

So I was stuck with 3 useless parts Trin parts. Fortunately, the ban only occurred if mods actually caught you advertising on chat, and because there were so few mods, they were spread thin over each region. If you were lucky, you could still advertise Trin parts without getting caught. I never found a Chassis seller, but I did eventually find a buyer for Trin Systems, which I sold for 2k. It was the last Trin part he needed, and he ended up selling the entire set for 5k when I PM'd him a few days later. I kept the helm/BP to help complete a Trin set when she was officially released.

I forgot to screencap the 2k trade, but I do have the before/after (24k to 26k plat, Trin Systems gone).

I still managed to make a 500p profit (+trin set after release) despite the ban, so overall I was happy with how things turned out.
