As I've said multiple times already. No one is asking for flying while leveling. It's a given that you can't fly while leveling because your current content is the world content. What I want is flying at max level, even after the stupid ass loremaster bullshit. What I don't want is for flying to be gated months beyond hitting max level like it currently is.

Do the Old Gods have a part to play in this? Old Gods are outside of the cycle, demons are outside of the cycle. Do they work in the same way?
If so, the Titans managed to kill Y'shaarj, but he became even harder to deal with, resulting in the Titans imprisoning the other Old Gods. Can the Titans actually kill a demon without the whole Twisting Nether thing? I'd imagine a demon can't do something like Y'shaarj did upon death, though

How flying mounts SHOULD have worked:

1) Movement speed unchanged from current flying speeds
2) Flying mount is limited to a few metres above the ground
3) Flying mount can fly up cliffs and such, but at a very limited speed
4) If engaged in PvP combat, the mount will land and essentially function as a normal ground mount until out of PvP combat
5) Flying mounts can have full flying capabilities in specially designed zones built around it

This would mean that it'd still be worthwhile getting flying mounts, but you wouldn't be able to just hop on one and ignore everyone else in the world until you land. You'd still be able to fly in a straight line to get to most places ignoring the terrain - rocks and cliffs and rivers and shit won't be any obstacle, but you won't be able to go so high you hit the invisible height wall.

Yes teleports and portals are cancer and hearthstones dont count because they have (or had) long cooldowns and only got you one place. Flightpoints are not the same because they were meant to get you to the general area, not trivialize the entire world. Also content isn't irrelevant, at least not in vanilla. You didnt stop doing scholomance once you hit lvl 60 bruv, and guess what you had to travel there on the ground which created a living organic world

Personally I just want Ogres to be playable for Horde and for Alliance to get Vrykrul so they get a large race as well. I would also like another mail class of some kind, I remember a while ago someone had the idea of a Witch Doctor class that would specialize in poisons and stuff, though I guess it could be a bit too similar to Warlock if not done right. I would also like it if they had a Tinker class, and I could see some really cool specs and abilities coming from that
