This means that you have grab the hair/eye meshes/textures from the mod, create entries in the CK, make those entries use the modded assets, and then add those to a list of hairs your race can use. After all of that, you have completely standalone hair. A similar process is needed for literally everything else about creating a race, as well. There's a better explanation on youtube.

Use Nifmerge to merge the nif files in your Skse folder to your follower.

find the ID in your meshes->actors->Characters.

Best way to find your follower is to export in CK and then look in the folder and look at the time, the most recent one edited is your guy. Can't help you on hair meshs, I've been going through hell trying to get them to work standalone and I dont want to giv eyou any pointers since I have no idea how to fix that.

Hairs/Eyes are set to be equippable by race type (ie Humans or Elves or Beasts).
As long as you set up your custom race properly and eye and hair mods will be compatible.
I'm pretty sure every guide on making custom races goes over this as a matter of course.

The UESP tells you everything you need to know. They can't fight because they're fat and incredibly slow, and they're abhorrent necromancers because they just are. N'Gasta casted a soul trap variant that affected the entire island of Stros M'kai, and the Sload collectively created a plague to get more souls and bodies for their necromantic rituals. Much like the Dwemer, they're absolutely Atheistic, but do act out the plans of the Daedra when it benefits them. They have airships, and are basically the grossest race in the series, without being in any games.

Is there a mod that makes the enchanting menu not shit?
SkyUI somehow manages to be even worse than vanilla.

Yes, just mess with the settings when running the patcher to increase the possibility of multiple spawns types like from 2 to 10. The higher the better chance. It also helps to have mods like OBIS, HLE, Immersive Patrols, Populated Skyrim, and Gangs of Skyrim in your LO for ASIS to patch over.

I'd also recommend Travellers of Skyrim and Adventurer and Travellers if you want more traveling merchants on the road and other adventurers to travel Skyrim.

There is also Ronzo in Skyrim if you don't mind lorebreaking giant purple fire-breathing lion ogres traveling the roads of Skyrim as mercenaries and bandits.

Dragon's Dogma is fantastic. It becomes a bit dull killing the low-tier enemies after a while but fighting the huge ones never ever gets boring.

Dragon Age: Origins is the best one in the series, and only one you should play. It ends on a satisfying note that really has no need to become sequels but well, BioWare.
