You can only do medium floors solo. Large floors gives a lot more exp.
I got to level 120 solo so it's really not that bad but grouping is still faster.

Yeah. As it turns out starting mourning's end pt1 removes one of the camps as a possible place for them to spawn. I had just happened to be standing in the camp removed. I had been to the other spots, I just must have been unlucky while I was there, and the camp I decided to stay at, just happened to be the camp they couldn't spawn at anymore.

Make sure you start out at 100% adrenaline and health. Starting out at 100% adrenaline makes P4 A LOT easier since you can ult right away. The faster you drop her below 50K health the faster you get rid of the special attacks which allows you to solely focus on switching prayers. If you feel confident in your ability to quickly switch prayers I recommend that you stand in the green square on my beautiful piece of art. There's a pile of bones in front of Araxxi and if you stand one square south of it you'll be outside melee range but you'll be close enough for there to always only be one attack flying towards you, whether it's ranged or magic. THat way you won't risk getting hit by two attacks at the same time.

Assuming you have 100% adrenaline when you kill Araxxor in phase 3 do the following
-Spam any defensive ability or Surge during the cutscene that plays before phase 4
-Wait a couple of seconds and/or get in position. Use another defensive ability such as anticipate in order to stall your adrenaline, preventing it from going below 100%
-Death Swiftness (With ring of vigour if you have it) and adrenaline potion
-Spam as many thresholds as you can, use snap shot first. Using it as your first ability will ensure you can use it twice inside your Death Swiftness if you brought an adrenaline potion
-If you feel you're taking too much damage use debilitate once it reaches ~50K health
-Devotion just before it reaches 25K health
-DPS the fuck out if while you're protected by devotion. Don't panic and only move when you have to.

Once you feel comfortable with killing her this way you should consider switching to meleeing her with a scythe. Meleeing usually results in faster kills and you have a higher chance of receiving a web (30m) instead of an eye (negative profit)

This is what I do at p4:
Drink potions, usually overloads are almost gone and drinking mid fight sucks dick. Also a super restore for prayer points because no prayer or almost no prayer just adds another thing you have to manage during the fight. Just top it off and leave it alone.
Prayer switch range and mage while building adrenaline to full. I don't need to use Devotion but Debilitate helps.
At around 50k he stops doing specials, so just wack him till 25k HP. I make sure I have 100% adrenaline before it reaches 25k because that's when I use DS.
Once you use DS before 25k just auto attack. Don't drink your adren potion yet until he is below 25k. Once he's below drink it and Snapshot and Rapid Fire. I usually kill him by the time the blob thing hits me. Or it hits me once but he dies in the next attack so moving doesn't matter.

And why the fuck are you using regular prayer?

Also a tip; if you're having trouble prayer switching move into melee range and just pray melee. You still need to dodge the stupid cleave though.

If ranging, the easiest way is probably to stall adren through phase transition, eee spec, immediately use snapshot and rapid fire, build to 100%, death's swiftness+adren pot, snapshot, get araxxi under 30k then rapid fire should kill her. You could also use onslaught once she gets close to 25k hp, I don't usually have the adren though.
