They are making more frequent updates now, so the 1.61 we were expecting (top tier tanks for US, GER, USSR, top tier SPAAG, etc.) isn't the 1.61 we're getting. Leo is coming in 1.63 along with SPAAGs probably, but yeah, what yous aw on dev was it. Smaller patches (like the ones WarGamming) has put out content more often so people have constnatly more shit to unlock. Most people that pay have new shit unlocked in two weeks or so, so they'll get more money this way too. More frequent updates also means shit will be more fucked up as they'll rush it, but that doesn't matter as apparently the content will be "finished", just like how IT-1 was finished on release
