Can someone explain what aggro and control decks are?
Also, any tips in general for someone starting out? I've only recently found any legendaries (Velen and the corrupted Nat are the only ones I have).

Aggro decks are fast and usually win before turn 10. Control deck play very few minions in the early and try to control the board until the late game when they drop big legendary cards and shit and the other guy has no cards in hand because he's an aggro shitter.

Yes, hs minions dont last one turn, so the real mana cost of a inspire.minion is +2 if you want an effect. For some reason the devs expected continous value of it (2or 3 turns) and gave an under the curve stat line, making stuff like fizzlebang, an "8"mana minion with a body of a non premium 4 mana minion

Since then they realised how more important than effects stat line is, unless we are talking about an completely broken effect. That is why all cthun minions are premium stats. That is why that new rogue card is premium 5mana stats
