I think the ranking system could be changed, so you lose more/less depending on how you performed.
Though, just basing that on damage dealt would fuck over support builds, so it'd require some work, like granting points for damage that enemies get while under your CC, which IMC wouldn't be assed to do.

You could argue that he should've gone for Rance first, but with two Clerics (one confirmed Priest) on the enemy team, they'd just heal/revive Rance and it'd amount to nothing.

I want to get kills, preferably without doing lot of kiting, though I'm not against playing Wizard-classes. Something that can work with 200ms latency (that is, doesn't rely on having extremely low latency).
I'm willing to deal with being only decent in PvE for being fantastic in PvP, though since the grind is unavoidable it would be nice to not completely suck in PvE.

Sorc3 is pretty rubbish. You tend to go for the 3rd circle of a class for its 'ultimate' skills but sorc's c3 skills are utter trash, therefore not worth the investment over any other alternatives.

Also since you'll go full con with that build you won't be able to take any future dps classes without being weak, since even if you have a wizard buddy lifeline only lasts 30 seconds with a 60 second cooldown. It only works with sorc because your summon takes your stats at summoning and stays that way until it's unsummoned/dead, meaning you take someone's full int and gain a full int summon until you dismiss it.

the most notable thing is the lv 15 templeshooter in ideal scenarios, but a lv 10 + dt + pixel of agony + invocation and warlock c2 alone...

sorc 3 would be nice if the c3 skills gets a buff or if the r8 wizard classes had a great synergy with then, but it seems that they will be support oriented and high int sorc builds ain't getting much from this despite a possible double salamion/bats with sage, which is great for pyrolinker sorcs, but even so, you'll want to be a wiz 3 pyro [linker] 2/3 - pyro 3 / thauma 3

At 4:2:1, let's say you've got 300 points to blow. That's 280 plus 20 bonus points (you'll have more than 20 but we'll stick with it for the sake of example.) 300/7 is 42.
