You must play with shitter Ezreals or something. Then again, I've seen a lot of them.

Ezreal is still a very strong ADC because he has insane level 2 kill potential and can snowball hard as hell from there. The second he gets Triforce, virtually no ADC can 1v1 him unless the ADC in question is 10 kills ahead, in which case Ezreal will definitely lose.

Ezreal has always been relevant and popular in Korea because of how strong he is. With low ping, you can do crazy ass combos and shit damage faster than people can expect--you can even cancel your auto animations with your abilities to get 300% more damage in less time.

Pray to the Lord if you ever face a good Ezreal who goes Triforce/Muramana/Bork because he will chunk you for a third of your HP with every Q.

Gypsy overdesigns but clearly has some weaknesses in mind. For example I'm pretty split with him, I really like Jhin and Jinx, Ekko not so much, neutral on Vi.

The guy does add too much to the kits, but he clearly has a weakness in mind when doing it. For example, for Jinx her supposed weakness was needing items (which wasn't the case when she was op because W and R were big ass nukes that carried her until she had items) and immobility unless she was winning the fight.

For Jhin, same stuff. Reloading makes him a bad duelist, long animations + need to stay still for R makes him vulnerable to big gapclosers. Problem being, he does so much damage at such long ranges you can't really exploit these weaknesses.

But still, design wise they DO have weaknesses. But enter Azir. What is Azir's weakness? None, just a "weak early game", but not even an UNSAFE early game. Just weak, as in, I need a bit of time until I start doing stuff.

You can nerf Gypsy champs number-wise and the weaknesses will shine. You can nerf Azir as much as you want but the fact remains his kit is ridiculous. He needs a complete rework and significant changes to create some weaknesses because his kit has none.
