Gilgamesh killed Medea, Herc, Cu and Iskander in the two Grail Wars he was in.

Lancelot got ran over by a fucking chariot and couldn't even kill an Arturia so PTSD'd that she lost all will to fight.

Gilgamesh was an inch away from killing Lancelot too, he had pressured Lancelot so hard the latter was moments away from crashing into Cthulhu, Lancelot would have been consumed if Iskander didn't draw it into IH at the very last second.
