Pure F2P. I've had pretty good luck with my 3* Servants. I rolled Fergus, Robin, Cu, Medusa, and Medea, who are all fucking top tier for their classes, plus Helena and Kerry for 4* and Sensei for 5*.

It would be nicer to have more 5* Servants, I suppose, but the only ones I have any interest in are Arturia and Gilgamesh. Them and EMIYA would led me round off the F/SN gang. I certainly wouldn't be mad with an Iskandar or Waver, though.

In the end, I'm just good with Cu. He's easily one of the top servants in the game. If they ever come out with some method to buff Servants further, he'll be the first one to get it. If they gave him back his rune magic and chariot, he'd be the goddamn Grand Lancer.
