It's balanced entirely differently from previous games, he's got more like a Takuma fireball recovery on it and the travel speed is slower so it doesn't work as a true blockstring anymore. Iori isn't brainless in this game, you have to pick and choose your spots a lot more than you ever had to do.

Does PS360+ still have the 8min timeout issue? What are my other options? I found out that my Q4 is the 2012+ version with +14ms so it adds 1 frame of lag. I also play Xrd and the legacy mode for Revelator adds 2 frames, so I end up playing with 3f of extra lag which is pretty bad.

I've literally tried everything here

A friend of mine just got one of those AMD A8 Quad core laptops, and he has SFV on steam

No matter what solution we try, the game still runs at 20 FPS with lowest settings, and the game is in slow motion. Anyone know a fix?

Most conclusions I see are:
-It's an AMD issue
-It's a Capcom goof

And this computer can run rocket league just fine with normal settings, same with gtav and skullgirls.

From my experiences SFV seems GPU intensive. I literally could only run the game at the absolute lowest settings until I overclocked my GPU. Now it runs fine on medium.
Only game to date that I've had issues running on my PC, which is admittedly getting old

Literally the new gen consoles were out for a year and people were looking for games. People saw SF4 and remembered SF from their SNES/Genesis days and picked it up

With that being said, SF4 trying to go back to the basics (literally trying to make a sf2+) due to sf3 backlash, people felt more at home than ever.

I look at a clip like this and I think to myself "This is Street Fighter".
The Ryu is using nothing but fundamentals and is rewarded by the game. No gimmicks needed.

Just bring back the red fireball with half-circle motion and make it slower on startup for more damage.
Then make regular fireball faster on startup so it combos better.

I feel like Crush Counter is the best new mechanic in V. It's so satisfying to land one and being rewarded for a very good punish is always dandy.

I wish the V-System was as interesting. It's conceptually great but poorly executed.
