So, first time playing ew and 2 countries left xcom right after the first rebels mission. Can I bring this country back? What can I do in order not to lose more countries?
>>
>>149848637

You can't bring countries back. To prevent loss of countries, acquire engineers, build satellite buildings (forgot exact name), build satellites, launch satellites at the end of the month on countries that are about to leave (max panic).

>>149850025
How does it work - if you shoot down one of the crackdown ships, does the crackdown mission stop, or is it delayed?
>>
>>149850240
The crackdown ship has to "find" your base in order for the actual assault. Shooting down fighters cut the chances down pretty good, but they will probably send a follow up Heavy Gunship, and maybe a Cruiser after that.

Basically you want to shoot down the scouting ships to greatly reduce the chances of a base assault actually happening. Usually craft that are actually going to assault your base are to fast to intercept, or too tough for you faster interceptors.

Nope, the existing mission will repeat indefinitely, unaffected.

And I gather all the crackdown ships are scanning for your bases, so shooting them down means they won't.

I don't really care if they send more juicy ships every month, it just rustles my jimmies when they make countries withdraw.

I think this base is probably pretty safe - it's one of my auxiliary radar bases, and they mentioned fewer buildings == lower chance of detection. They haven't found me yet, at least.

>>
>>149851085
>Not sure if want...
Yes you do. Screw accuracy, just give everyone shotguns and kill everything. Blaster launchers still are 100% chance to hit. Nuclear Chainsaws can't miss. A soldier with good aim still gets 100% to hit with the advanced rocket launcher most other high aim weapons like the portable lascanon. You can tank a blaster launcher in these things, I literally spend most my missions stampeding my entire squad all over the map now since I know they there are only a few things that can kill them.

Those things are an unknown number of shots all hitting for high damage in a single turn. How many? I don't know, but the answer certainly isn't 5 or 6, they might not even be hurt.

What could kill you is someone with a super good melee weapons who attacks like 10 times in a single turn. That's about it. Alien grenades do nothing, Plasma weapons tickle, Gauss weapons tickle. And you regen 10% of your health so tickles don't amount to anything. Also it gives the most psi defense of any armor. There literally is not a better armor, if feels like I've activated God-mode for my soldiers.
>>
>>149851480
Wait, what shotguns do actual damage?

How long have you had the armor? Do you imagine you'll get bored without the risk?

Not saying it's not awesome, just not sure I'd equip it on all my soldiers. Maybe for the final mission which I guess is what you're going for.

>Wait, what shotguns do actual damage
Boom Gun does 50 damage per pellet, I think like six pellets. Yeah its not the best against really heavy armor, but anything that't not power armor won't survive.

I've had the armor recently, but I've run through lots of missions recklessly with no concern of soldiers even ending the mission wounded. I don't have time to be bored, because I'm farming up for the final mission. I would get bored otherwise.

I'm equipping on all soldiers because once you have it, everyone else feels like a squishy liability.

So, /xcg/, I found one cause of that random bug that crashes X2 games (the 'Pure virtual function being called while application was running (GisRunning == 1)." bug). Turns out that if you uninstall the Advent Titan mod during a campaign, even if your most recent save is on the Avenger, it'll spawn that bug. Reinstall it? Everything's fine.

tl;dr;: Advent Titans: so OP, they'll murder a campaign just so you *have* to fight them.

Yes but I also want to win. All I'm doing right now is farming power armor parts. Alright, I'll be laying down the pre-flight checklist before I jet off to Mars.

A Space Ship that has enough Fuel to reach mars and back, is tougher then 4 battleships and hits harder.

I have 36 crew members. All of them have over 54 psi power, and max psi skill. All of them are wearing Bio Suits.

For Equipment:
-30 Heavy Shotguns (Boom Guns) and 21 Nuclear Chainsaws for Close quarters combat.
-3 Portable Lascanons for ranged Sectopod killing
-30 Plasma Rifles and 30 Heavy Plasma for surprises (fighting other factions)
-Another 30 Euro Syndicate Lasers for further surprises
-Tornado Mortar with Fusion Shells for indirect fire and terrain remodeling
-Advance Launcher with Fusion rockets for the same reason, and MAG rockets for Sectopod killin'
-15 Blaster Launchers and 42 Blaster Bombs
- 8 Fireball Launchers and 50 Firebombs for setting gods on fire
-438 Aline Grenades because why not
-100 Fusion Grenade because they're better then alien nades
-30 nuclear demo charges for... demotion
-5 Nano Surgery Kits and 10 small medpacks in case there's anything my armor can't handle
-30 Combat stims. For combat stims.
-And 619 Smoke grenades, because I love smoke grenades.

That's just the highlights, I actually have more gear. In fact I am quite literally ready for a war.

I do not believe in Overkill.
>>
>>149925804
My personal conjecture is that destroying the Cydonia base will signal to the Ethereal Empire that earth is more trouble than its worth. They are using the planet's resources to fight a different alien empire, but if they are defeated here, they might not want to recommit for another invasion that will be even more difficult and costly then the first time.

>>149933932
Bio Suits are straight up superior. They have 40% resistance to plasma, 50% to piercing, and 70% to laser (And resistances to everything else that are very good) in addittion to the 60 armor on all sides. Also adds +60 health (soldiers will have 150 hp at max stats), and that's a huge boost to effective health in combination with the resistances and armor. Also regens 10% of you're health per turn. Also gives you bonus 20% psi defense based off you're health making it the best armor in the game for psi defense. When you can't die, the penalties are negligible.

Three blaster launcher bombs later and an unkown amount of enemies bite the dust. I used one to nuke the two disks, one to blow up the near pyramid, and one more to blow up a different pyramid at the very edge of my position. I'll still be moving troops up this turn, but that's the end of immediate contact.

End of Turn 1.

As sad as it sounds, I think once I clean up the enemies I can currently see, that will be the entire map cleared, at most maybe 1 or 2 stragglers. I guess that's what happens when you can clear out enemy spawn points with a 100% accurate, unlimited range explosive.

I remember when I finished a vanilla campaign a while back, I told myself next time I would just nuke all the pyramids with windows, and that has carried over to PirateZ just fine.

In a shocking turn of events this Sectopod gets some high rolls and actually knocks someone unconscious. Afterwards I applied some chainsaws.

I guess that's a good reminder after running my mouth off, though really, I never would have tried rushing a Sectopod on the first turn with a chainsaw before using this armor.

Quick question /xcg/, I've never actually done Site Recon with Long Dong before so did their magnificence manage to change the whale so that it can permanently spawn Chryssalids before you press the button, or is the strategy of just shooting the Chryssalids until they stop spawning still a viable option?

122 hours in, campaign 89 right now. 75 of those are mission-3 restarts. 7 are mod adjustment restarts, 3 are within the first month restarts.

Commander difficulty is too easy, Legend makes me rage-quit-delete-saves on bullshit full cover crit instakills (yes, 75 times, generally more than one soldier). I actually wouldn't have a problem with just damaged soldiers.

I don't think I'll finish this game. Ever.

Rookies are obviously the gold standard for troops in the XCOM universe.

I'm really disappointed they haven't included some form of base map generation in XCOM 2. They have the parcel map technology for it now!

Don't know if anyone from the Beags chat reads here, but since I can't watch live streams like ever, I'd like to comment here that Beagle didn't almost lose the B14 campaign because there were so many base defenses or anything. Not that it matters....

So I'm playing the original xcom and I have a question, should I care more for my sergeants etc compared to my rookies or are they all cannon fodder?
>>
Le Beagles?
>>
>>150023261
Yes, kinda. High ranking soldiers give your troops more resistance to losing morale while alive but make them lose comparatively more than other rookies would upon dying, which means you can get a lot of value by just having a high-ranking soldier sit in the skyranger and give the squad a well-needed "Don't Panic" buff. However, they aren't necessarily going to become better soldiers because of said rank and can and will be replaced as needed so don't feel too bad if they die either.

As efficient as XCOM 2s overwatches are, I miss the firing squads of XCOM 1. Nothing more satisfying than setting the squad up in sight of a door, it being busted down by a poor ayy, who immediately gets obliterated along with the door and the surrounding walls

Not really. The only run I did where I didn't skip the tutorial was on fucking Veteran when the game first came out and I stopped playing pretty quickly because of how easy it was.
>>
>>150028891
Didn't really give a shit famalam. Back when I first got XCOM 2, I restarted the tutorial mission several times because I kept getting ayy lmaod with her being involved.

First time the captain marked and shot her, followed by a trooper finishing her. Rookies fell apart quickly after.

Second time I made progress and got to the train. She got MCd, and the rookies failed the only option they had, the balls to the walls flank. Torn up by her and the ayys.

Third time I got to the same spot, and this time she got shot at. Panicked, ran a bit, and decided to shoot and kill a rookie. Quickly went to shit.

Fourth time I had to sacrifice a rookie to hack the objective, and she panicked from it and decided to take yet another fucking shot at another rookie, thankfully missing.

Could be. I'm a little surprised no one else has stepped up to run even this late in the game. Everyone I talk to hates both the candidates, it seems like anyone else with a pulse would be a landslide. But I guess the normies are just going to check the red or blue box they normally check and go back to the feeding troughs.

Rogue star gods then? We know they do sometimes go rogue given the "public enemies". Only reason I guessed it was the sectoids was the creepy emphasis on love. How many secret messages are there? I've only gotten 2 so far.

>>
>>150054664

Well, i don't know what exactly are the differences between difficulties, but i'm on commander, not legend. So that probably helps.

Other than that, i don't know, i have a psi guy and a bruiser, so with the stasis on the psy guy and the bullrush or whatever on the bruiser it's almost certain that you can put 2 enemies out of commission for a turn, then you dump a billion grenades on the ayys, in this case i gassed a bunch of them with the bruiser after stunning the muton. The Spark is important because he is mobile cover, doesn't even matter that they can't aim for shit, the aoe they give with the rocket and the basketball droid is what you want, if they hit things when they fire that's just a bonus.

Then i always carry a smoke grenade just for added defense, the bruiser in this picture isn't even standing in cover except for that of the smoke.

So basically, lots of grenades and you cross your fingers and hope that everything works out.

Sniper and Bruiser are actually just about perfect matches with the LW classes. Bruiser is a unique playstyle that's really fascinating and fun while Sniper is a sniper rifle class that has Snap Shot but doesn't have Squadsight without a set up move, which lets it play very interestingly.
>>
>>150057093
Wow, thanks anon. I'll look into these for my next campaign.

As someone who has played with literally all of these up to Colonel, I can give extended feedback on all of them. I also can give feedback on the Fury, Rogue, Headhunter, Trooper, Rifleman, Samurai (LW and normal), and probably a few others, if any one has questions about any of these classes.

>>
>>150057463
What's your opinion on the Trooper one? I rather enjoy it.
>>
>>150057581
The LW Samurai is pretty well balanced. It's a more focused Shinobi, honestly. The big thing the LW Samurai does is penalize ranged attacks (-20%, I think). They also get a ton of melee enhancing perks and turn into death machines later on (especially Dragoon Strike, an AoE melee attack that benefits from all of their melee boosting perks). Note that the LW Samurai penalty to ranged attacks applies to things like the SpecOps Throwing Knife and the Hunter's Axe throwing axe function.

Also note that the LW Samurai is INSANE with the SpecOps Combat Knife. I've actually cleared entire maps with Rogues/SpecOps/Samurais without breaking concealment thanks to the Combat/Throwing Knives combined with the Rogue's Sap ability.
>>
>>150057689
Rifleman is easy: it was a super early Trooper/Infantry class. It was ok, but not amazing. I don't recommend it.

Trooper is fine, though its focus on pistols really leaves it behind later on. The Infantry is significantly more versatile, fills the same role, and has much better action economy. The one big thing the Trooper does well is pick off very weakened enemies, thanks to Lucky Shot being sweet. Using it with AP Rounds or Bluescreen Rounds is fun. I definitely recommend the Infantry for your "generic soldier with a gun" role.

Rogue is fucking amazing and fills the scout role like nothing else in the game. I cannot recommend it enough. It plays completely differently than the vanilla classes and is amazingly fun to use (it also uses SMGs like no one else and makes them amazing).

Headhunter is a bizarre sniper/melee class. It's kinda interesting, but honestly I dislike it. It doesn't have any option to gain squadsight and doesn't have snap shot, but it does have a Rushed Shot option (you can take a shot with 1 action after a move, but it's at a random target he can see). It's got a lot of really interesting specialized attacks that work like Rushed Shot, but the randomness really kills it. Give it a spin on lower difficulties but don't expect too much.

Fury is super strange but interesting. Basically it's a Gunner with some limited psi powers. It also has a unique attack called Strafing Fire (deals half damage, otherwise normal) that can be used with a unique AP that exists after your normal APs are expended. Most of the psi powers can be used with Strafing Fire APs. it's super interesting, though maybe not the best class ever.

>>150057901
Trooper is above.
>>
>>150058680

So basically, Rogue and Fury yes, Trooper, Rifleman and Headhunter no.

Got it.
>>
>>150057975
Oh, I will add this: the LW Samurai is balanced mostly with the idea in mind that you'll be adding more enemies. In Vanilla, the LW Samurai is fucking insaaaaaaaaane and is a one-man reaper of ayylmaos. With more enemies on the field, the LW Samurai is easily overwhelmed and since you have basically not ranged attacks, you always are dashing forward into the fog of war and getting boxed in. You need a squad to support their actions.
>>
>>150057975
Getting those 3 classes together and playing a StealthCom campaign sounds like fun. Definitely going to look into that.
>>
>>150058890
Basically, though if you don't have a "generic dude with gun" class already, I'd give Trooper a shot. It's solid, but unexciting. Infantry is better, but if you don't want Infantry or want a new class to try, Trooper's alright.

Dark Event SHOW OF FORCE activates. Everyu mission is wounds and soldier losses. Lose my only SPARK on his first mission. Lose my best chaincannon and best grenadier. 5 soldiers lost so far. 10 days from plasma and I start building psi soon.

>>
>>150067239
Yes, bluescreen rounds are amazing for that mission. If you got pred armor for 2 utility slots so you could give it to as many people as possible that'd help. Still, even 2-3 bluescreen rounds would obviously be great considering how the mission works out.

He is. Hillary is awfully corrupt, incompetent and is the more potentially dangerous president.
Trump really is the lesser evil. Beagle has no fucking clue what he's talking about other than slurping up the media's TRUMP IS RAYCIS narrative.

Trump is going to win. Not because a rise in racism and nationalism but because the election is about two unlikable people however one is and has been proven to be an incompetent and corrupt liar.
Maybe it would be different if Bernie was still in the race.

Disables codex teleports and cloning, if nothing else. They also disable most specials, and melee attacks for most aliens. Hit penalties apply as well, though this may lead to an increased crit chance for the enemy.

Usually not worth carrying one unless a Codex is there, or you have a free-ish spot. They're like 12 radius or something ridiculous, so even non-grenadiers can put them to good use.

>>
>>150073694
I don't care about the politics bullshit, because everyone commenting on it is just ignorant, just from other angles.

Game wise, he did a lot of annoying bullshit, so I stopped watching. Saw that he made a new LW campaign, took a look and, so far, I like what I'm seeing.
>>
>>150073694
No, we love him, cuz he's a lovable guy.
Really should drop the American politics though. Telling your fans to piss off and unfollow just because they support a different candidate is just rude and childish, no matter which side you're on. >>
>>150074063
>Wasn't there a whole debacle with him playing through the whole game with a review copy that was easier or something?

Why would that be a problem, when all he does in every other game is make it as hard as possible? It's hardly feasible that he asked for an easy-mode copy.
>>
>>150074118
If I recall correctly he didn't ask, it was given to him because

Like I said, I don't know too much about him, which is why I'm asking.
>>
>>150073694
>still
que?
>>
>>150074063
No there's no real debacle. The review copy was easier because Jake literally made the game to easy, but in a last minute moment of clarity, realized the error of his ways and buffed the difficulty for the release copy. People were just being silly, saying that Beagle couldn't handle the xcom2 because it was too hard for him when he jumped to modded campaigns right away.

Forced him to literally do a vanilla xcom2 campaign on stream and one for youtube that were both pretty boring because he just stomps through everything and finally that shut everyone up. Keep in mind this is my interpretation.
>>
>>150074341

Reminder that while the beaglerush tactic was patched out they haven't patched out the sniper-spotter tactic that basically works like it.

Have ranger able to maintain concealment when squad's is broken and/or re-enter it, move ahead to spot enemy pod. Have sniper on long watch overwatch. Fires on enemy squad during their movement turn via squadsight of concealed unit. Enemy squad wastes their turn scampering towards you without any hostile action/shooting. If you positioned your ranger right they never lose concealment.

Anarchy's children is a cosmetic dump that rates between meh and oh god, depending on your tastes

Alien Hunters is pure liquid magnificence, giving you tools to battle aliens that got lost on their way to the long dongs temple ship

Shen's last gift has a very lengthy and tough mission if done when you get it, and SPARKS, the less cool version of MECs in every sense

Honestly, all the significant changes come from the workshop. There's pretty much everything there, from overhaul mods to QoL mods.

If you hadn't done a 94com go for that. Difficulty depends on whether you will ironmanning or not. Anything but the easiest.

>>
>>150112320
Find the mod or option that's let you have your first base be a custom layout of your choosing. Just know that for base defenses, aliens spawn in the access shaft and the hangars, so you may want to lay out your base so that they are only spawning in one direction.

>>150112487
Just in like in XCOM1 you have funding nations that you want to make happy. Zoom in on the geo-scape and notice the different countries and territories. You want to cover as many as possible or get the biggest funders with your first base.

I recommend a location in Europe for your first base as it covers alot of funding countries, and Europe is pretty wealthy.

What makes Long War so tedious? I've heard it's very tedious in the mid-late game onwards.

I've completed classic ironman and at the end of the game before the temple assault, I was just waiting for troops to train in psionics or get the last of the research.

Other than disabling fatigue, what else could I do to counter the end game tedium since I'm not sure why people say it's tedious. I just know it supposedly is

>>150115605
>disabling fatigue

This makes no sense. If its not tedious for you, then its not tedious for you. Don't change anything.
>>
>>150115876
>>150115605
Never mind I misread what you are saying. Most people think it takes way too many resources for lat tier gear and too much time for the end game psi training, since you can't just throw a psi troops into the gallop chamber anymore without getting training them to max rank. I'm not familiar enough with Long War end game to actually recommend a solution.
>>
>>150115867
>>150115876
Sorry. I completed vanilla on classic ironman jst now and it was more or less fine.

I played LW a bit till around the time of Mutons and felt the fatigue system was more annoying than difficult so I'll probably decrease it to about 75%.
All I got told was late game is just tedious. But I never got told why. So I'm wondering what about late game makes it tedious.
>>
>>150115605
Late-end game gets tedious because of the mission variety and the grind. You need a lot of resources, and your main source of them are UFOs. If you're spammed with early-mid tier UFOs, you've done them close to 100 times already in the campaign. There'll be some clown car pod which you'll still steamroll and that's it, completely routine. More often than not however, at that point of the campaign you'll be spammed with landed larges, since you can see most/the entire world. 50+ ayy slaughter ships, full of crawling, overwatching, and just general tedium. And you need the resources of those ships to get the late-end game equipment.
>>
>>150116096
>>150116126
So more or less, it's a case of "too many missions/need more resources?"
I suppose I could handle it on lower tier gear possibly if I play with the inis. I've done classic normal before with just lasers.

There are three tiers of weapons above lasers: Gauss, pulse, and plasma. Also all aliens scale in health and other stats throughout the game.

What you are proposing is suicide. You won't even damage some aliens later.
>>
>>150116672
What I mean is that I'm understanding that unlike vanilla where you can get to the outsider capture part, you just grind for almost everything, capture it, grind for psionics and then complete the final mission.

With LW it seems it's more "you'll never research everything/you won't have top tier gear and beat the game", unless you grind for 10+ hours when you could do the final mission and win.
>>
>>150116841
I think I know what your saying. Kind of. Actually I'm not to sure. I've changed my mind again.

Honestly, I would just go play Long War and not worry about it. It takes a long time to get to the late game grind, and early game and mid-game are very enjoyable.
>>
>>150117205
What I mean is that I'm okay with not having every tech/upgrade/etc. But I do want the game to be winnable without being at a sort of "hey, you've just got plasma weapons, but you need another 20 hours of gameplay to get titan armor or else you're fucked" deal.

Like I've said, I've done vanilla with just lasers and one plasma pistol (for my sniper). I've done it with no mind shields/low stats in rookies from second wave options. It was hard a few times but I never felt like "I need to spend the next few hours getting stuff for research/upgrades" etc.
>>
BTW, are the options in the INI all marked if they require a new game to start? There are a few but I'd rather not be in mid-game and edit it then find out that I need to restart since the ini didn't comment that I need a new game to use edited options
>>
>>150115605
Let me fucking tell you.
You will reach a point where your base is tweaked out, everything is researched and you're just farming resources to get Firestorms up and running and finish a shitton of equipment which you WILL need for the temple ship. This means capturing alien weaponry, which works with a success rate of 56%, i.e. never. There's no meaningful progression anymore, it just becomes a months long grind to get a little more psi experience and a shitton of plasma weapons, armor and ME C shit done. It's fucking horrible.
>>
>>150114034
'We' 'hate' him not because of his opinion but because of the ignorant way in which he holds the opinion.
>>
>>150118129
So basically at the end game it's either: console everything in with console commands or just continually grind?

I don't really care about cheating if that's all it takes to get rid of an end game when I just get bored. But I'm assuming it's obvious when it gets to be a grind?
>>
>>150118484
Yea, more or less

Also, you can change a lot of the stuff in the .ini files. DefaultGameCore.ini is probably going to be your best friend, because there is a lot of modifiable stuff in there that'll directly ease the pain. You can, as a few examples, bump the arc thrower to not quite vanilla chances but more reasonable than a coinflip, give yourself five steam vents and then force yourself to use only two in the base so that you aren't frustrated with a bad layout, and probably the most common one, cut down aircraft repair, rearm, and transfer times all down by half.

How much does the Grenades Damage Falloff mod neuter grenadiers?
>>
>>150119336
As hard as those power tool bits designed to spin horses' testicles off do
>>
>>150119336
Quite a bit, because shredding is also effected

If a MEC gets caught in the blast at the edge, he may as well not even have been in it. No damage done through the armor, and no shred happens. T2 stuff usually gets 1 shred in and a tiny bit of damage, but it's far from optimal.
>>
>>150119462
I could have done without that mental image.

Also,

Advanced AI or A Better AI?
>>
>>150119737
Advanced AI would be my suggestion

Although if you're grabbing ABA(recommended), you can grab Advanced AI with it, even though it conflicts with the AI changes done in ABA. ABA AI changes are mostly to the custom units, while Advanced AI is only to the vanilla ones. You might get weird behavior sometimes in the vanilla guys but in general everything works great

>>
>>150120135
Is there a reason A Better Advent isn't in the Rec list pastebin?
>>
>>150120314
Probably just hasn't been updated in a while. A Better ADVENT has been mentioned quite a lot here, and seems to be a very used mod. People often combo'd it with Better Pods Plus.
>>
>>150120459
It was last updated about 6 days ago.

I'm gonna assume it's because it clashes with a lot of the mini mods in the pastebin.

Question, did independence day 2 reference xcom at all?
>>
>>150113014
Adding on what they said. Europe is probably the best first base due to enormous funding nation density there BUT. And this is a really big but. You need to get secondary radar bases up in the USA and east asia pretty sharpish.

If you wait too long to get your secondary bases up then when you do try to build them you'll discover the aliens aren't dumb and will find your base before its up and running and undefended and destroy itseriously they'll find it before you can get living quarters up making it impossible to defend and from there it's only a matter of time before you've lost the countries in that area.

Another consideration is to have a base in antarctica dedicated entirely to manufacturing heavy lasers for a fat paycheck essentially negating any desperate need for money and also serving as a handy location to churn out any new craft and armour you may need in super short time. Just make sure to defend it because aliums WILL find that eventually too.

Final recommendation is to turn on the UFO extender accuracy in the advanced section of open xcom options. It makes shots other than auto shot actually viable

I wouldn't turn it on for a first playthrough, and its mod that works much better with other mods that add more weapons to the game.

It works fine with vanilla and adds some degree of tactical depth to the otherwise monotonous auto shot spam. If anything I'd argue it makes extra weapons somewhat OP since it affects the AI too and they're unable to make use of spotter+sniper combos which are ridiculously strong.

Its a significant change which I generally don't recommend for initial campaigns. To each their own obviously. Also vanilla weapons still aren't balanced with that that mod in mind.

>If anything I'd argue it makes extra weapons somewhat OP
I'm not really sure what you mean here.

I think it works better with extra weapons because you can diversify how weapons operate and add enough depth where even with hundreds of guns they are still unique and have pros and cons. With the limited weapons available in vanilla, the weapons are all unique enough without another dimension to consider.

Seriously, how do they expect people to fight that shit off with one ice grenade that freezes it for 3 turns, one stunning AR that needs reloading every shot that stuns for 2 turns, and an axe that only got a CHANCE to stun it?

I'm 100% sure I literally can't kill it. Not with the damage output I have with my mix of t1 and t2 weapons and t1 hunter weapons. Plus I'm sure it will try to warp away like the Viper King did. with the free damage I get from the ice grenade and the rifle stun, I can get what, one quarter of his health down? Then he wakes up and proceed to beat the living shit out of everyone.
