The core gameplay is very similar between low skill and high skill.
Biggest individual thing that changes is that people don't neccessary jungle at super low summoner levels.
Once you get to levels where people are jungling most every game it's going to be similar to that.
Of course complexity increases and that kind of basic stuff, perhaps one thing low skill folk rarely do is map movements as a team.

Not really. If he ever doesn't have q3 ready akali can 100>0 him before he gets it post 6. Also, not many people know it but Yasuo ult does require vision, so if Akali knows she is going to get hit by q3 she can just w. He needs a pink in order to ult her which means he has limited opportunities to be aggressive in lane before needing to buy, and if he doesn't kill with her the ult she can wait for the wave to push out, kill the pink, and then allin him.

Ask any Yasuo or Akali main, they will agree that Akali smashes Yasuo in lane. You can also check on op.gg where Yasuo top has a 52% winrate but only a 47% winrate vs Akali
