How the fuck are we able to walk/run around after being revived from one? Wouldn't one of our legs be broken or at least severely wounded to the point it would limit our mobility and speed? Seems like something they should add in.

I think you should be able to get yourself out of the frost trap, personally.

Whenever a teammate helps you, all you see is you getting up, and you again using your hands to pull the trap apart and escape.

So, I think maybe there should be an initial 3 second stun after the trap, and then ability to struggle escape it, as if you were getting revived.

Plenty of time for frost to react to the trap, and that way last minute jump ins to the objective aren't thrown away because you're too worried about getting shot in the corner as you enter than the trap below the window.
