Torbjorn mainly just needs quality of life changes and improvements that make him interesting again.
Torbjorn is not meant to have mobility but his survivability should be increased.

Make it so the turret does not need to be at max health to upgrade it but it retains any damage taken.
Increase the damage of the level 1 turret.
Turret now slows enemies it hits slightly.

Hey, I'm the guy from several threads ago. I once had a five loss streak that scared me, then over the last weekend my below average score plummeted to hell with several games in a row with among other things people who are just trying out Ana in competitive with no play time in quickplay for practice, teammates who can't handle a single bastion while I'm stuck as support,me having gold as Mercy with three eliminations, bad junkrats, etc. Got all the way down to 33.

Slowly but surely, I'll climb back up to the rank I deserve (my placement at 49th). I've stopped trying to carry the team as Mercy or Reinhardt and started playing DPS characters. For once I've actually gained a rank today, all it took was four wins and a loss. I will overcome this hell and die trying! Right? Surely it's not a conspiracy against me, right? Surely "compete against other players and work your way up the ranks" wasn't a complete lie? Right?

It's still hell though.

The whole point of McCree was to be a bursty close quarter counter to most of the agile squishers.

I don't see how the 15% fire rate is going to fix that, no point in using it anymore, use the extra recover time just to shoot them in the head with standard peacekeeper. Only time Fan works for me is if I have the barrel buried in their chest.
