See, the answer is still "get good". People troll less the higher you climb. From my personal experience situations like those you've mentioned become exceedingly rare by low plat. You will still get people who forget to switch to smite and jungle with exhaust and people who pick tank teemo top, but at least they will try their damn best to win with that.
And please don't tell me you can't climb solely because of trolls. Getting tilted is your personal problem, work out your issues and stay calm between games. "I'm losing all my games cause some guys tilted me" is the most stupid excuse ever.

From personal experience the higher I climbed there are more people who pick teemo adc if you don't ban X or just rage quit.
There are more trolls in higher ranks, there are more legit bad players who don't know what they're doing and think just because varus has AP ratios he should be played AP.
