With about 800cp. I defeated a gym with just one 600cp vape.

In general I agree a little more pokestops would help, a little more pokemon spawns, especially in areas where there is none. But idiots saying "lvl 30 is when the game begins!" are truly delusional. More like 2.5k+ dragonites while living in an area where they don't spawn, yet they still camp all the gyms while I all I can catch are the holy trinity of shitmons: rattata, weedle and pidgey. Spoofing college kids have fucked the meta around here, but even before that we had almost 2k eeveelutions less than a week after release.

I can't even use my favorites because they don't spawn around here, and I don't want to sit outside of a gym all morning with my team of shitmons trying to compete with the stuff just to get a few goy coins. I've got a CP1600 Snorlax I hatched that must have some interesting IV's, because he has 195hp, which is more that some 1800's I've seen. Seems to follow the theory that hatched mons get better IV's.
Other gym squatter is a CP900 Blastoise withh off-type moves that are super-effective against what you'd usually throw at Water mons.

Is there a way to make necro mass evolve with eggs?

I know you can have it pop an egg for evolves, but it will do that if you have even 1 evolution to do.

I tested it last night after editing the pokemon the bot will evolve.

I believe it's default set to only do pidgey, weedle, rattata. I added other common pokemon in my area that are 25 and 50 candy evolves.

Then I compiled and ran it. It popped an egg and did like 10 evos then started going to pokestops.

I'm not sure if there's a way to do a mass evo selectively. Like transfer 3 of every 4 pidgeys and keep more than 3 of them while only keeping 3 of non-common pokemon. And once the number of pokemon like pidgeys, weedles, caterpies as well as other pokemon that take more than 12 candies to evolve will allow at least 60 evolutions in a row THEN pop the egg and do as many evos as possible.

Basically have the bot do this http://www.pidgeycalc.com/ and save/transfer the correct number of pokes to do mass evos with 2x XP
