I'm 2-3 in placements, with both wins being with vlad top.
My top priority is Darius or Vladimir depending on match-up and if we need AD/AP.
I'm afraid of going into a match and having both of them banned (Darius ban is common, vlad less so).

Who should I practice to play as a third champion top?
I really like Poppy, but I feel like I can't do much with her during laning phase, and even if I come out of laning phase even my team might have given up on the game already and are throwing up the FF's.

I found great success in normals with Mundo since cleavers farm and poke safely, and his ult is great bait, but he's slightly boring and I still want to have fun.

Fiora / Ekko - both are super fun, but mechanically challenging to play well.

I have 7.6k IP to spend, advice appreciated.

It's kinda difficult to deal with a juggernaut with 4,2 - 4,4k hp that can effectively heal himself for half his health if he goes below 25% at any point.

You could say its good against high health targets before they take damage - but Maximum health would be better as its effectively the same as "Current" if theyre at 100%
You could say its great against targets that have lots of regen, like Mundo, as the damage would increase as long as the regen surpasses the damage.
You could say its good when theyre at max HP and/or have a huge shield, as the current damage will apply to the shield, and be consistent.

but there is literally no situation where %Current HP would ever be better than %Max Health.

%Missing HP can be balanced with large %s, %Current can not because if you have 1400 health left out of 4000, it would do the same to you as it does to a target with 1400/1400 maximum HP.

It's complete shit, and even worse when in the form of a DoT.

I've seen lots of top Rumble players drop Liandry's for Protobelt. I've always been partial to the Deathcap instead of Liandry's on Rumble.
Stacking penetration with Sorc boots, Liandry's, Abyssal, and Void still has its place against certain team comps. Rumble's base damage values are so good that the build will always be viable.
