Scarab and tomb are tossed during mulligan and are god tier to draw into. This deck dumps the hand quickly so I need this without relying on actually drawing into my deck because I will just kill myself from fatigues. It's a beast for knight of the while and you can get some solid spells and beasts like mulch, owl, more raptors for even more turbo knight plays.

I'm doing fine even against zoo and shaman. It's the tempo mage and hunter, which are somewhat popular due to tankup tard's prevalence on ladder, that are the problem. Muster does basically nothing against them except for allowing you to die a bit slower because less flamewaker pings go to your face, or a lot faster because UTH. If I was to pick, I'd easily choose minibot or coghammer over muster.

Muster is a top tier card in arena, sure, but even then, there are stronger basic cards both in constructed and in arena. It's really telling when people are shitting themselves over muster.

Depends on the seed.
Most implementations of pRNG require initial seed, which most of the time is system unix time. Then after a couple bitwise operations you get a pseudo random number.

Without actually looking into how their implementation works we can't say that it's exactly 40 packs for a legendary.
There might be a global seed which is used for every player and replaced every time a player opens a pack.
There might be player based seed which is replaced every time that particular player opens a pack.
It might even use system time as a seed every time it's called, for crying out loud.
Hell, the rolls might even be biased depending on whether or not you spend money on the game.
What I'm trying to say is that random number generation functions can't just randomly output a number without any data, hence the need for seed. After a number is generated, the generated number also becomes a seed.
