Champion Concept: Goam, the Storyteller

Appearance: Ridiculously old aboriginal looking dude. Very tall but average build. Wears light robes, sandals, and a bunch of equipment/travelling supplies. Travels mount targon, has reached the peak many times, but has never taken on an aspect, he merely talks to them and gives advice and stories to travellers on their way up.

Passive/General
>Works like ranged udyr, each ability queues up ammo that his basic attacks spend. Holds up to 8, two of each type.
>Goam deals more damage the more ammo he has.
>Goam's basic attack with no ammo is a melee club that gives him a small shield on hit.


Q: Sling
>Medium range, deals strong damage. Kinda boring but holds the rest of his kit together.

W: Atlatl
>Throws a spear from an atlatl. Very long range but damage isn't too strong.

E: Boomerang
>Medium range, mediocre damage but has a short stun.

R: Hatchet
>Throws an axe as an AOE skillshot, travels farther the more targets it hits.


Gameplay
>Passive means he needs to think about what he needs to do ahead of time and in the moment in order to maintain max damage.
>Kit is pretty simple because he requires a ton of range management and planning.
>Has a pretty fast natural attack speed to keep his gameplay exciting.
>Meant to be a generalist ADC pick. Being a safe, dependable first pick that can adapt over the course of a fight is more than enough of a reason to choose him.
>Teamfight might go like this: W to deal damage while getting to the teamfight, Q for the tank hitting phase, queue up W and E to pick off/run away after the team fight, E a diver, then use R for its AOE when everyone's grouped up. The champion forces you to think about what's going to happen in an upcoming fight and plan accordingly.

I don't get Lucians that often, and the ones I do get are super aggro.
In lane I'm either a heal bot then just peel or I get a lot of bubbles that I don't think should hit, and my ad follows up for free money.
I also put myself in stupid situations to force a fight if my ad is passive but we have the better 2v2. It works out a lot more than is reasonable.

Feedback on Kled after playing with him for a few hours: Overpowered utility. Extremely boring design.

Passive: No passive. You're on your lizard or you're useless.

Q: A slow and small pull that will always land because of your E.

W: Hurr durr attack speed health % damage.

E: Renekton Dash. Yeah, that's it.

R: Sivir ult with health % damage.

My biggest issue with him is that the lizard is pretty much a free, massive shield you can get every few seconds. Your low health doesn't matter because you'll never get off your lizard. No one is really gonna go after you because you're the tank. Just smack someone a few times to get your MASSIVE lizard shield back. I'm talking +4k health with barely any items.

Cinderhulk, Titanic, Swifties, Black Cleaver and you're an unstoppable wall of meat with slows, % damage, and dashes. The ganks from the jungle are surreal. The whole kit is boring, over designed, and straight up overpowered. Massive disappointment.
