Already, coming from a heavy main, very overpowered. Mostly the rev speed change. In fact only that.

I feel like the damage is ok at 40 maybe a bit towards 50 like the spy revolver , firing speed penalty yes , the sapper removal can be done with 2 shots with the firing speed penalty right ? As for the sleight of hand i thought , he holds a wrench and as an engineer he reaches fast for his revolver but wouldnt make sense when he already holds a shotgun so slower speed then. Maybe +10% switch to speed -10% switch from speed. Does that sound better ?
