Against Grineer, Equinox's damage sucks unless you have multiple CP, and even against the other factions, although Maim can wipe out fodder no problem, it can fail to kill heavies unless you take the time to build up lots of damage. Equinox also has more trouble surviving than the other damage frames: Mirage has her clones, Ash is invincible during BS, and Mesa has SS.

the problem is that using the built in rotate commands to look up-down (y), and left-right (x), they combine and result in a precived rotation on the z axis too, so i needed to lock that down. (its way too disorienting to be able to offset with manual contol)

But simply zeroing one axis messes with how unity handles rotaions, for which the only solution i found is if i directly calculate and override the angles on the xyz axis (this way i can can zero or controll the z axis). but now, if say you are rolled to the side 90°, "up" rotation becomes sideways and sideways becomes "up", with the inbetween getting even more mesed up.

To compensate i tried simple trigometry wich seemed to work, but then came unity and programming stuff seeping in like when should rotation speed be added (sin-cos stuff varies in 0-1, if i multiply other parts of the equation with the speed, or add something bigger it gets out of whack), how mouse inputs is actually handled (with keyboard its 0-1 as you press the button, with mouse, i still didnt figured out), how it should be used to increment things (say you want to move in relation to the mouse speed: you mulitply the increment with the distance the mouse travelled in a unit of time. sure, but if the mouse didnt moved you multiplied with 0 nullifiying anything else), which im sure to somone who knows what they are doing should be trivial, but i am obviously not one.
