The Princes never rose to power. They wouldn't have had any say in what the decorations were. Lothric was always intended to be burnt alive, and Lorian shared his curse before he ever rose to the throne. Oseiros is still alive by the time you get there, so he's technically still the acting king of Lothric - it's just that he's fucking insane and everyone else is Hollow.

Lothric can probably use Angel magic because it was given/taught to him in an attempt to produce an heir worthy of linking the fire, seeing as the royal family were so desperate to do that. The Three Pillars didn't support the Angelic faith but it seems they had no qualms with having the Scholars fiddle with Gertrude and figure out how her magic worked.

The demon ruins you visit in Dark Souls 3 have statues of demons. Those can't have been built by Izalith's people because their extinction was the birth of the demons. The demon ruins in DaS3 seem to be built on top of/expanded from Izalith, but it's demons who did the expanding. Everyone else hates them, so what outside force would make statues of them?

The Bat Demons seem to be very coordinated for mindless animals, and the DaS3 stray demon was once the 'gatekeeper of Lothric.' I doubt they would have just had a retarded animal guarding the gate - I imagine there was some form of intelligence.

Plus, they all use weapons, which isn't a great indicator of sapience but it shows there is a leval of intelligence.

Stray Demons were smart enough to serve as a watchdogs in multiple places. Firesage was clearly sentient and able of channeling old Izalith fire sorcery. Lower demons were smart enough to create crude weapons and even train dogs. While being raging by nature, they were clearly smart enough to form their own nation led by their own King. Hell they even made statues.

Listen, I love Bloodborne. I generally don't compare the two, I accept that they're different and love them differently.

I really should have said playstyles. No matter what weapon you use, you essentially have to play a fast character. Strength weapons are at a huge disadvantage because they're slower by nature. This is not to mention that armor is entirely fashion based in BB with no sense of strategy or depth.

Compared to Dark Souls, so much is left unexplained or is just random/meaningless. Characters (Izzy/Archibald) are never expanded upon beyond mentions. Compare these to deep stories for characters like Seath and Havel.

Their storylines were brief and not very satisfying for me They never interact with each other, and they have the problem of DaS2 where they all just group at a hub and do nothing for the rest of the game.

Again, I adore Bloodborne. It just doesn't have that shoot for the stars mentality that Dark Souls 1 did.

My biggest grip with BB's gear is the it's so locked in place. You can't wield anything in the opposite hand and, unless going for arcane build, the ideal gem conbination is only one. It's just a bummer I couldn't carry out various combos of things like dual non-rapier guns. Really wish I could dual wield two different weapons and trick whichever while putting the other on your back.

Aldrich is very weak to fire, so King of the Storm should have no problem taking him down, especially since Aldrich's offensive moves are Gwyndolin's offensive moves, which Nameless King should be familiar with.

That just leaves Sulyvahn, and while Sulyvahn is one tough, badass motherfucker we have to remember that he's going up against a God of War and a fucking Dragon with no reliable counters to either of them.

a STR build requires points in STR, DEX, VIT, and END and makes you slow and ineffective

I've noticed that a lot of glaive and spear users keep trying to trade with me so I put on the Leo Ring and started abusing the hyper armor stab on my claymore's weapon art and just out-trade them every time. Rapier has the BS hitconfirm exploit and at 45/40 refined +10 (with hornet ring on) you can score 899 damage clean on average.

Otherwise, Ricard's is probably the better choice as at the same stats it is longer and does more damage (only slightly)
