I've by now spoofed all over Germany with sufficient breaks of not logging in to not get banned too easily.
My squad also shifts all over the place exchanging findings and maps so we are slowly figuring out what spawns where.

My hometown e.g. doesnt have digletts but Berlin parks are chuckfull of 'em. Frankfurt has a buttload of rares for some reason and Cologne is fucking shit. The list will go on.

If you are using the python scanner in the OP you can use ngrok to access the map from your phone.
Follow the OP guide and set up your scanner.
Download ngrok from ngrok.com/download and unzip it.
While you have your scanner script running, open a CMD in the folder you unzipped ngrok.exe, and type in "ngrok http 5000" without the quotations.
It's gonna put out some shit including an address (something like b514kj12.ngrok.io). Type that address on your mobile browser and you are good to go.

So I was just looking through the decrypted code for the game and I found the Eevee evolution method.

Turns out the naming meme is kind of right, BUT there is another check as well.

The evolution will be a random 33.3% chance if there is no nickname. If the nickname is changed like >>149152989 though your changes are increased from 33.3% to 66.6% with the other 33.3% being either of the other two.

That is all that is already known, what I just discovered is that you change will be increased to 100% for the eeveelution of your choosing IF you are:

Vaporeon: Within 2km of a water place on the map

Jolteon: You are within 2km of an Electric type spawn point (like Magnemite or Voltorb)

Flareon: Your phone's CPU is above 60c

I don't use Reddit, is there someone I should give this info to? Like a guy collecting info on a website or something? Maybe Serebii?

180 is very high for a Magikarp. A 150 Magikarp will probably net you a 1750-1800 Gyarados. The IVs for the 180 are also very high. It's unlikely I'll find a better Magikarp for evolving until I'm level 30.

Make sure you leave both CMDs running (the one with the python script and the one with ngrok), and that your PC doesn't hibernate or shut down while it is idle.
