So any tips to actually getting to do the Odin and Behemoth FATEs?
So far Ive gathered the best way is using Garland Tools to check weather and Ariyala´s FFXIV database to check server kill window time. Beyond joining a LS (which I guess you just advertize in PF for) What else can someone do to make sure they can get to do the FATEs?

The devs should stop designing dungeons like they are today and go back to old ones. Either ffxi (open world, massive, can do quests in them) or ffxiv 1.0 dungeons (wasn't the best but they weren't linear, open world ones are levequest locations. Both types were massive) I am fine with. I just want to solo or 2-man dungeons as DPS without the need for a tank or healer (unless it's a boss battle/HNM). Also a difficulty increase because dungeons are really boring because of "trash mobs", and the monsters might drop chests with good loot.

I never played on NA server, but have the same problem as you though I wouldn't say it was a entire second. You should stay there, it's boring on this server. 95% of the time you are with Japanese in DF groups. There's a decent english population, but still much smaller than the Japanese.
