About to start hr1 with randos what should I expect

So, adept LS isn't nearly as "op" as I was told, the fucking run in animation after an adept dodge gets you hit half the time.

It's especially fucking awful on Ceanataur, who attacks so fast that the adept dodge is a complete detriment.

Finished all HR5 keys that have appeared and yet the four flagship monster quests are not appearing. I talked to everyone witha red bubble and am not sure what to do to make the next Village 5* key quests appear.

You can get 2-star guild a hell of a lot faster than you can get 4-star village. Just suffer through a handful of quests and then reap the benefits of green gear.

Alright. Starting with GS, like the guy above you said, you need to master guild. It has the full charge slap backcharge superswing combo which is easily done on any monster if you gitted gud. It's the best for most fights.
SnS gets striker. Guild has a jump attack you shouldn't use and one less art, so that's out. Adept's only useful feature is evade +3, which is a crutch meant to interfere with your damage dealing opportunities. >aerial.
Guild lance has a ruined triple poke so it's out. Striker gives you the good poke; no jump mid charge but mounting sucks this time around so you lose nothing. Adept isn't needed since you can already counter with R+A and you lose two arts. >aerial.
LS is simple, you don't trip people trying to get red with adept. Evade +3? Who gives a fuck. No backwards fade slash? Who gives a fuck. Not being a tripfag? Play adept or get kicked. Also, >aerial.
HH, I don't rightfully remember. I think your swings get changed for the worse with the others. Also, >aerial.
SA gets striker because 2 arts are required for effective play, riot blade and energy charge, and an extra one is fine considering all you lose is the axe combo finisher which you shouldn't use with those two arts, and the double slash which trips people. If going solo then guild is fine for the double slash but we laugh at solo players. Needing two arts, adept and >meme are right out.
CB, I've shat on aerial long enough but here's one where you're so shit anyway you may as well go aerial. The ONLY time attack topped with CB is Kirin, with Aerial. Also, having lost it's memeblade status from 4U, it needs aerial to indicate you are a shitter who needs to go.
I don't remember the reasons behind bow and lbg. I know everyone says adept bow is op so I go with the consensus. I do know that adept hbg lets you dodge out of crouch fire and that aerial is a meme, so that makes crouch fire non-fatal to the user if something turns towards you and sneezes.

It may be because aerial cb doesn't rely on red shield. the aerial AEDs are really fast and spammble. Aerial attacks are also great in that you'll never have to worry about bouncing and since AEDs are about your raw keeping your sharpness isn't that much of an issue.

That's the point anon. The quest where you fight the Bulldrome on Misty Peaks also was supposed to be an invading Zinogre, but they replaced it with Tama, and same for the mission to deliver the wyvern eggs (although i think the original was an invading Rathian).

It's supposed to pick the "apparently innocuous but not really" missions from past games that showcased the flagships and substitute with the current flagships (even in the intro you see Asyalos vs Los, Tama vs Zin and Popodrome vs Tiggy).
