Ironman mid 60s meeles, 60 mage.

I stupidly did legacy of seergaze long before I had the stats for branches. trying to grind out medium temple trekking is now near impossible because getting a vyrewatch event very, very difficult.

My options seem to be grind for branches or grind flail. Fighting the vyre to easy of de rott gain me 5~ corpses per full inv of lobs (not ideal). Set up is full rune (they use fucking magic and only weak with this weapon, if I use range armour my accuracy is shit).

Easy path give lv 40 vyres, much easier but they are also rare.

Anyone with similar stats/gear had a much better time with another method? Do things simply go better with a few flail levels? Ruined my watermelon and bar farming.

does Runescape have a lot of cosmetics (including paid ones)

Some of the guys you can escort have an ability that will tell you what's ahead of a path. Only run those and only pick paths where there are no vyres. it's that easy. I also recommend you avoid hard snake paths or picture related might happen

Eddy's might be nice, but the grind solo is so fucking horrible and I don't want to pay for floors. Invention hasn't really shown me anything worth grind for. I have the perks I want.

The games had this issue for years. It's nice that there's more shit past lv 70 ( years ago getting past 70 min many skills was pointless), but now you grind so fucking fast after hitting 70s that the end game 90's tend to be utterly empty. For the sake of this I'm declaring 'capes of accomplishment' and effigies as nothing, as for my gameplay they don't offer anything significant (a different colored cape and a lamp to help with the grind).

I don't have the autism or dedication for it anymore.

if that account hasnt been attempted to be recovered in years and you answer even a few key questions correct like the city the account was made, what year, when it had membership etc jagex will probably give you the account.

Power mining iron is probably your best bet for a while, as the profit from banking often isn't worth the extra time spent, this is entirely dependent on how much gp/h you can make. But often it's not worth the additional time as it's fairly easy to make more in the time saved of just doing it faster.

Severely puts anyone not botting out of that particular money method, but the money from mining has typically been shit tier for years anyway.

Used to love watching 50 ships (one individual) warp together to a belt, spread and warp back and forth together when full.

In one game the entire economy stands on this incredibly dull task of F1 a rock, check back in 15 min, change rock, dock or jet can. It's horribly tedious and fuck all happens in that time period (scaling up with multiple accounts makes it actual work since ISBoxer was killed). Where as runescape has a few dozen skills as core gathering each vary from 1sec depletion to 5 minutes with even higher competition for spots.

One game has a large part of the activities dedicated to resource gathering as one of it's core tasks, the other is just a means to an end. Very few I know even enjoy mining, it's just one of those tasks someone has to do or ship/mod prices will go insane.

The proposed mining changes sometime this year to make it non-competitive might be the balancing it needs (same for other resources). Higher level skills already made some switch to afk/nothing gathered. The issue varies, for some people want it to be hardcore bank trips like the old days, whilst others advocated xp/hr (drop method)

It is tedious but with crystallize, quiver 2 grenwalls, you barely have to do much hunter. I easily got 93-99 hunt in a day with not that much effort and time to spare, it's probably just as quick in the lower levels (77+) since one catch is at least 8k xp.
