Titanic Hydra is better for team fights and Ravenous Hydra is better splitpushing and 1v1ing. Depending if you wanna start team fighting early or splitpush to apply pressure. Trundle can be built either way pretty easy with flex pick of items to do kinda of both.

Spirit visage is basically core on him. You can take trinity force with Ravenous and take IBG with Titanic. Then any tank items you need after those.
