Torps have worse application than cruises surprisingly.

They have similar explosion velocities but the cruises have way better explosion radius, almost 30% better.

While torps do quite a bit more damage (555dps vs 399 cruises) but only have 30km range, they're also incredibly slow. Cruise Launchers reach out to 220km holy fuck and apply a lot better

Also I realized that torps use fuck tons more fitting for no apparent reason.
