Disinter lets you at least have cool looking cannon blasts if you bother to pick up some cool looking corpse parts. That and if you really are in a heavy, like 10+ enemies at a time area, it can help somewhat.

Tower is lack luster in damage but its main purpose is revealing cloaked archers or luring aggro from monsters. Tower can't hit cleric's fade unfortunately.

For some reason, flesh hoop implies it increases damage when combo'd with cannon since it gets "used up" when firing together with it. Right now, it's gimped like every other unpolished skills in-game.

Biggest problem of FF is the whole class not only has 0 AoE the skills have monster type restriction on bleeding effect which casually is 90% of the FF dps.

You need enough damage output to kill a player, along with a method for actually delivering that damage. It's pointless to have tons of awesome burst damage, but that are impossible to hit a player with. I learned that the hard way, with my kTOS Rodelero.

If you can, pick the classes that have one of the 4 skills that can deal with enemy ground spells: Reversi, Detonate, Capture, and CounterSpell. If you can't fit it into your build that's fine, but the more of that stuff your team has, the better your overall chances of victory.

Do not skip out on CON. If you're an Archer or Swordsman, you must go DEX heavy. If you do not, people who are DEX heavy will be untouchable for you.

As for the build, just consider the following: If you sport a common, cookiecutter build, your enemy will probably know exactly how it works, and will change tactics/bahavior in order to counter you. If you're running an unusual build, you'll have a better chance at surprising the bad guys, and they won't know the proper way of stopping you. This is valid for any customization/heavy game.

There is nearly 0 skill variation in this game. There are far too few skills in this game compared to how many points you get, and at least half of the useful stuff are one-point wonders. Everyone gets the same fucking skills, and if they deviate too far, the character is ruined unless you pay up for a skill reset.

They'd have to add proper scaling to maybe half of the game's skills, and then add 2 or 3 skills to each and every class, just to remedy this design issue.

Okay I'll give you that one, though the execution is rather bad. Rogue gives you the option of going High STR/Low DEX and still hit and crit reliably, or go DEX heavy and abuse the Evasion skill. Problem is, I've yet to see a Rogue sport a proper DEX build because 25 seconds uptime against 90 cooldown is just awful. One is obviously better than the other.

Rushdog isn't any better in PvP than it is in PvE. You have enough points to max all those skills, andenough leftover points to get RushDog or Praise as you see fit.

Gentlemen, why are you even trying? Look at those classes you're mentioned, and compare how many skills points you get against how many skill points you'd need to max every skill. There just AREN'T ENOUGH SKILLS ON THIS GAME, and so many of the existing skills HAVE SUCH SHIT SCALING THAT YOU ONLY EVER NEED 1 POINT IN THEM.

Just look classes such as Scout, Thaum and Linker. Do you think it's acceptable for there to be classes that allow you to get max level of almost every skill? Look at Rodelero, Peltasta. Do you think it's okay for there to be so many skills that have useless scaling, or that have almost 0 impact on gameplay? Skills only good because an attribute is the only thing that make them good?

Before R8 or new content, I wish they'd go over the existing skills and improved what we already have.

Going at it by class is silly. You should think in terms of class synergy.

Thaum and linker should be fused or something yes, but Rode has skills which all have different effects, and pelt, while badly thought out, has its thing going. Skills can do other things than cause damage. This too needs some reworking but every class doesn't need to have the same skill with different graphics.

Rodelero has lots of useful skills. The problem is that too many of them have absolutely retarded scaling, meaning you never put more than 1 point into them. Slithering/Shield Charge scale damage only, but those aren't skills used to deal damage, they should scale with duration. Montano and Shield Shoving have interesting effects, but they also scale damage, when they should scale debuff duration instead. Kick Kick has the same issue as Spear Lunge: You put one point in it for the debuff, and you don't need any more in it.

None of Pelt's buffs is actually useful, you only ever get them for the attributes. Other than Umbo Thrust, none of the other skills has any interesting effects, except maybe Umbo Blow's gigantic knockback, which again only requires one point to get the full effect.

Since I'm not a linker, I prefer Magic missile over fireball. And it's going to be fixed on joint penalty combo so that means it will only get more powerful from here. If you have seen circling + MM on a pack of mobs, it literally deletes them in seconds. Another good thing about MM is that it will home in and bounce even towards invisible targets as long as they are in your range or the bounced target range.

Circling fucks with how AoE Attack/Defense works.
Basically, if it drops the AoE Defense to zero, many skills that don't even have a proper aoe ratio (like multishot) can hit anything in the area it's hitting, even without AoE Attack.
I'm guessing MM works the same way.

It's a really good room cleaner skill even at later levels when you attribute it around level 50.

My pyro3 guildmate was saying he didn't even need to cast shit while questing since his auto-attacks with cafri+enchant fire+pardoner buffs has higher DPS than using his current skills.

I could say the same as well, pyro2s have been running around even at 200+ levels by pooping fireballs that gets knocked around. That's not fun for me. I guess it's just a matter of preference.

Not sure where to go from here, I've played High3 but haven't played Barbarian until now. Having these ktos in mind, Barbarian seems really solid, but c1 felt lackluster to be quite honest. Is Warcry that great to warrant c3/2? Seism probably falls off hard, is the stun 2s like Helm Chopper? I've heard Frenzy isn't that great, I wonder if whoever said that had Deeds' auto attack speed buff in mind.
