Necropolis gives you plenty of The Lover cards for regal recipes. You can find The Dapper Prodigy fairly frequent while running Residences. Springs is good xp/h wise and you have a chance to drop a The Doctor.

The only good red maps are Overgrown Ruin (The Dark Mage), Village Ruin (great layout and twinned means 4 bosses), Excavation (twinned) and Courtyard (twinned).

Yep. Been playing since very early in the early access phase, as well as playing PoE since day 1 of the closed beta. GD is great, but doesn't have any endgame content, and the multiplayer community isn't very good. Without a doubt worth the price for anyone who enjoys this genre though. Personally have over 550 hours on it on steam, but the avarage player now after early access probably won't get out more than maybe 100 hours or so maximum, unless you just love grinding in a singleplayer arpg. I switch over to GD for a short while whenever I get bored of PoE, which is like a month into every new league, as long as I don't have anything new to play.

Why are the slayer nodes two-handed damage and not just generic attack damage like the other ascendancy classes?

Also, just consider the fact that due to the cyclic nature of poe's league, the league will die eventually. It is normal, nobody's at fault for it; even good leagues die at some point; and since it's summer most of the people go outside so at this point there isn't much people left that play the game and post in the general.
So you can expect the general to be better when they announce a new league. I doubt there's many people interested in racing, but there will be some.
