TL;DR
>Download and install Python 2.7.x THIS IS IMPORTANT, NOT 3.X
>unzip the zip
>open your little windows search bar in the start menu, type system environment and click Edit the system environment variables
>click Environment Variables
>double-click the one labeled PATH
>at the end, type: ;C:\Python27;C:\Python27\scripts
>(you should probably restart your computer here if you didn't after installing python)
>open the folder you unzipped, hold shift inside it and right-click anywhere that isn't a file; Open a command prompt here should be one of the options
>type: pip install -r requirements.txt
>hit enter, wait a while for it to finish
>type: python example.py -u PTCUSERNAME -p PTCPASSWORD -l GPSCOORDINATES -st STEPS
PTCUSERNAME = your username, same with password duh
GPSCOORDINATES should be in the form of 3523.3453453,-2349954.093459 or whatever; you get it, no N/S/W/E, just positive and negative with no space. You can also use whatever query Google Maps would understand, but if it's multiple words, put it in "quotes"
STEPS is pretty much how far it goes out, 5 is pretty good and doesn't take too long.

If you have ANY ISSUES WHATSOEVER, please consult the guide I linked above. Since it links to his comment directly, you can probably just ctrl-F and find whatever your issue is. so you will have to spend stardust to keep powering them up to reach their cap
but you will be needing over 500k exp per level so you'll be spending it rarely

Now you've got the preparation done. All that's left is to put in the username, password, coordinates, and shit mentioned at the end of the greentext, then open localhost:5000 in your browser after some shit comes up in the command prompt.

Also, it fucks up a lot. It routinely gives "wrong username/password" errors when it's not actually wrong, weird timeout errors, etc. When it does that, just Ctrl-C, hit the up arrow to repeat the previous prompt, and try again.

There's a quad pokestop cluster and a quint pokestop cluster just a few yards apart from each other in the southeast corner of central park-- you'd be wise to follow what I'm doing and just create a route for lockito to path between these two hubs. They have almost 24/7 lure uptime, and I've caught Omanyte, Kabuto, Charmander, Bulbasaur, Ivysaur, Charmeleon, Squirtle, Dratini, Electabuzz, Magma lady, Raichu, Golem, Graveler, etc. And there's tons of Magikarp, Pidgey, Ratata for those of you who are trying to farm evolution mons, and also a good mix of Vulpixes, Abra, Diglett, Sandshrew, etc.

Add an incense + lucky egg if you're a buyfag and it's just exp/pokemon spawns straight out the asshole. Everyone keeps getting restless trying to teleport around and find "the spot", well I'm telling you this is the fucking stop. Grinded 15-21 ezpz in the past day and half, and haven't even really been spending every waking moment playing either. Do yourself a favor and get the fuck in here.

I'd have assumed it'd be area dependent, but since I've been jumping all over the place, there should have theoretically been a higher chance of getting rares to how up
